Chapter 4

Jason POV
(Y/N) nodded her head, she then moved behind me, I could tell she was unsure about changing but she knew she had to if she wanted me to fix her cut. I saw the other's looking confused, Nathan shot me a glare that said I better start explaining. I let out a nervous chuckle, (Y/N) nudge my back. I turn my upper body to face her. She turned into her human form and started to quiver with fear. At this point I was on my knees, I turned to face the other three, Tom had a look of shock, Luna had one of admiration, and Nathan....was unreadable. I think the fact that he was unreadable made (Y/N) more nervous. I moved in front of her. She held onto her arm that was cut. "WHAT THE HELL?!" Nathan yelled. I felt (Y/N) flinch against my back, she held onto my cap as if her life depended on it. "Nathan stop yelling, your scaring her." I said back calmly as to not make her more scared. "WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME SHE WAS A HALF BREED?!" Nathan continued to yell. Tom and Luna just sat there and stared at the three of us. "You know what, I'm not doing this." I said and tuned around to see (Y/N), with her eyes closed, and her knees pulled to her chest. I looked over to Nathan, and shot him a look that pretty much said 'Yell one more thing and scare her, and you'll pay.' He got the message and backed off, once he did I turned my attention to (Y/N), who was still shaking.

Third POV
"So we get to kill them." A girl with pale skin, black hair, and yellow eyes repeated what her bother said in a bored tone. Damian nodded his head and sighed, "Yes ,Raven, that's what our orders are." A girl with the same skin, black hair with red tips, her left eye was yellow light her siblings, her right was red, jumped up and down with excitement. "We get to kill them~ they won't know what hit them~" she said in a sing-song voice. "Yes, Jean, because they'll be dead." Raven said still bored. "Let's just get send him out and get this over with." She said bored. "But that's no fun~" Jean whined. "We'll take them down ourselves, their defenseless, it'll be easy." Damian said with an evil smirk. Raven rolled her eyes, Jean jumped up for joy.

Luna POV
After Jason calmed (Y/N) down,he started to clean her wound. "How'd you get this?" He asked her calmly. "I was stalking a dear, and a stage came from behind be and caught my shoulder." She explained sounding nervous."What did you do about him?" Tommy asked. "I um...I killed him and went to find that dear I was stalking first." She stated. "And you didn't bring him?" Jason asked confused. "Nope, I let a wolf and her wolf pups take it." She replied. Jason finished up fixing up her shoulder. The sun was setting, Nathan had started preparing the meat for us to eat, Tom was drawing the sun set. (Y/N) has fallen asleep with her head on Jason's lap. I sat next to Tom. Jason started to play with (Y/N)'s (H/L) hair, her tail swayed slightly. "How long has she been with you?" I asked. Jason explained how they met, and how (Y/N) was on her own for six years, and why she was nervous to trance form. She started to mumble in her sleep. "Why does she do that?" Tom questioned. "I spent the day with her, she passed out after saving me, I don't think she used to trance forming, and I'm not sure why she does that." Jason said.

Jason POV
I stroked (Y/N)'s head, she leaned into my touch, I felt my heart flutter. The others kept talking about her, Nathan kept questioning how she hadn't learnt how to trance form for long, Tom kept writing in his book, and Luna kept complimenting her. Of course she couldn't hear them, although I did see her ears twitch at the sounds in the distance. It was now dark, (Y/N) started to wake up, she sat up and rubbed her eyes, " How long was I out?" she asked. "Not too long." I stated. "Hey (Y/N) can I ask you something?" Tom said sitting down across from her handing her some meat. "Um......S..sure." (Y/N) answered nervously. "The wolf you gave the Stage to? Did you know her?" Tom asked tilting his head. "Hmm....oh yes....she's my sister." (Y/N) answered. Tom looked confused, she then explained how she'd lived with a wolf pack. By the time we all finished eating, Nathan had fallen asleep against a tree,with Luna next to him, he had his arm over her in a protective manner, Tom fell asleep on the floor using his bag as a pillow. I was going to hit the hay too. But (Y/N) was busy discarding the bones, when she came back she looked like she was going to sleep too. "Um....I'm gonna keep watch for a little bit." She said. "Are you sure, I could do it?" I offered instead, 'she should sleep, she did hunt us our dinner....Besides she was kinda cuWAIT WHAT AM I THINKING I JUST MET HER, well not really but still....I can't have feelings for her already right......I don't know any more.' I sighed at myself. (Y/N) started giggling to herself. 'Her giggle is so cute......Oi brain Shut up honestly.... it was cute thought....NO SHUT UP.... Geez know I'm arguing with myself.' "Hey, Jason, you ok?" (Y/N) asked, "Oh yeah, I'm good why you ask?" She tapped her nose, " I can smell when someone's not ok, remember." I should have seen that answer coming.

(Y/N) POV
I started to feel my eyes get heavy, I looked over to my left to see Jason looking up at night sky, his back was leaning against a log. I moved closer to him and leaned against the log as well. "Thanks." I said out of the blue. "For what?" Jason asked me. "For being the first person in forever to be nice to me." And with that I let sleep over take me.

Third POV
Jason felt some weight on his right shoulder, the looked to see (Y/N) asleep. He smiled to himself, as a faint blush crept to his cheeks. He soon fell asleep not long after he put his arm around her protectively. What none of them notice was that some time around midnight both Jason and (Y/N) turned into their animal forms.
