A Dragon's Love

Chapter 9

Third POV
Jason's head whipped round at the sound of (Y/N) yelping, when he saw her laying on the ground unconscious, slowly changing back to human form, his mind went blank, all he saw was red, his bones made the same cracking sound (Y/N)'s made when she turned into her Giant form, however instead of growing five times bigger like she did, he only grew four times bigger, his claws got longer and sharper. (Y/N)'s wolf pack started growling, they started circling Raven, Jean, and Damian. Heather and Nathan went for the Dark Dragon. The Dark Dragon wasn't finished with (Y/N), so he lunged at her, only to be attacked but an angry red dragon, Jason stood over (Y/N) protectively, his pulps shone a light blue, and the smoke from his mouth was a lavender purple, he growled menacingly at the Dark Dragon. But before anything could happen, The King of Man and the Mage King came in riding on horses, by the this time (Y/N) had regained consciousness, but Jason still stood over her protectively. Before anyone could do anything a fully grown white dragon landed on the Dark Dragon, slitting it's throat in the process, the Dragon King.
Luna and Tom slide off his back. Jason, Nathan and Heather transformed back to their human forms, Heather had tide Ravens and Jeans hands, while Nathen held his sword to Damian's neck. "You dare hold my children captive?" The Mage king yelled. "Enough!" The Dragon King yelled. "You try to kill my children, and the King of Mans children, all so you can rule the three Kingdoms! Magic is evil it poisons the heart and mind." The Dragon King said. "What is he talking about?" The King of Man asked, "Dad, listen, The Mage King tried to kill us!" Tom yelled as his father and the Mage King got off their horses and walked up to him. Luna walked up to Heather and held a dagger to Jean's throat while Heather held one to Raven's. "Your Highness, The boy is under the influence of the dragons." The Mage King said. Tom lost it, he grabbed the Mage King's arm, pulled it behind his back knocked him onto his knees, and with his free hand held a dagger to his throat, then cut his throat, not enough to kill him, just enough to get the truth venom in to his system. "Yes it's true everything they say is true, Magic it the evil in the word, I sent my children to kill yours, to start a war, that would eventually end up killing you, then I would just have to eliminate the Dragon King." The Mage King confessed. The King of Man looked bought shocked and angry. Jason and (Y/N) stood nearby. The Mage King was alot stronger than Tom, so it was easy for him to break free from Tom's hold. Jason was faster thought, he grabbed the Mage Kong's hand that had the dagger that was aimed for the King of Man, but failed to counter the blade in his free hand, The Mage King stabbed Jason's torso. Jason clutched the newly made wound and fell to the side. (Y/N) was by his side in less than a minute, when she saw the blood, all her mercy, kindness, and morals left her. She lost her Mother, her Father, today she'd lost half her pack members, and now the man who'd taken all she ever cared about, was about to take the one person who'd showed her kindness, the first person to care for her, to make her laugh, to make her feel wanted, to comfort her, to make her feel Loved. Now she was about to watch that person die in front of her. She turned to the man that had caused all of her pain. "You've taken you last life." She said hate, anger, revenge lasted her voice as she spoke, she grew her claws and cut his throught this time deep enough to kill him. What was left of her pack finished of his three children. (Y/N) turned to face Jason, who was barely clinging onto life, she knelt down besides him, tears streaming down her face. "(Y/N)......." Jason tried to say, "Shh, shh, I got you, I..I'm right here." (Y/N) said chocking back a sob as she caressed his cheek. "I....I...I...love.....you..." Jason said with a weak smile as he closed his eyes for the last time. (Y/N) broke down, all her pain of her parents death, that she'd relive every night, the pain of loosening pack members, and now loseing her first friend and Love. Her heart shattered into pieces. Nathan who was also crying came up to her and hugged her, she clung to his shirt, Tom held Heather who was also breaking down. Luna knelt by Nathan and hugged him from behind. The King of Man walked up to the Dragon King. "Your son gave his life for mine, I owe him my life." He said to the Dragon King. "You do know that if I do this you'll have to say good bye to your children?" The Dragon King asked. Everyone's attention was know on the two Kings. "Dad, What is he talking about." Tom asked. "I can bring back Jason, but only with a willing heart will he be revived, your Father is willing." The Dragon King explained. Everyone was now standing. Except for (Y/N), she went to her three wolf siblings that weren't dead, still too heartbroken to care what the others were saying. "I was never a good King nor Father, Tom you'll make a good King when you come of age, Luna my sweet little girl, follow your heart, Nathan my lad, take good care of my daughter." Nathan grabbed Luna's hand and gave a nod. "Dragon King, you take care my children." The King of Man said. "As you wish." The Dragon King then began the sermony. There was a bright light, when the light disappear the King of Man's body was nothing more than golden dust. Jason took in a sharp inhale, then sat up abruptly. Everyone started rejoicing, Luna and Heather cried for joy, Nathan helped Jason up, and Tom patted him on the back. "Is it weird that I remember everything that happened?" Jason asked looking confused. "I just passed out or something right?" He asked sounding worried, his cut was completely healed, only a scare was left. Thanks to her hearing, (Y/N)'s head shot up when she heard Jason's voice. She turned around to see him very much alive, in her joy she turned into her wolf form and pounced on top of him, her tail going crazy, Jason fell over with her on top of him, she turned back to a human, tears of joy running down her face, she wrapped her arms around Jason's neck. "I Love you too." She said hugging him tightly. It took Jason a minute to process what she said but he hugged her back once he did. Jason sat up with (Y/N) on his lap. She pulled away from the hug only to grab the collar of his cape and pull him forward, until her lips met his, the act cought him off guard but he soon fell into the kiss. Nathan gave a cat call whistle earning a slap on the arm from Luna. Tom tried to sneakily hold Heather's hand, but she saw what he was trying to do, so she grabbed his hand and kissed his cheek, making the poor boys face explode a cherry red. Jason and (Y/N) pulled away for the kiss, Jason rested his forehead on hers. "So this is what Mom meant by loving someone special, well she never prepared me for a dragons love." (Y/N) thought as she stared into her dragons crimson red eyes. Jason just started lovingly at the (H/L) (H/C) haired girl in his arms.
Things couldn't have been anymore perfect than they were. Or could it?
