Zeus's p.o.v

First things first, i pull her closer to me and trap her in my embrace by tightly wrapping my arms around her waist and softly whispered "i am not going to make you promise to not  run away from me this time because you always do soo am going to hold you in place and if you try to run I'll chain you to the bed and feed you chocolate cake and ice cream until you calm down, ill even steal a kiss or two maybe three  .. ....are we clear on that sweetheart? "

All she did was nod her head and release a soft moan as i nibbled on her ear and left feather light kisses on her neck......i personally think you should stop before you blame me for being a horny animal when you tempting me and her..... besides you want to be a gentleman so 'BEHAVE!'.....

Taking a deep breath in i cool down my thoughts and prepare myself for another night of opening up to her when

KNOCK .... KNOCK .... knock

I let out a frustrated sigh as I mindlink jane to come in and leave the food on the table.

Let's eat while we talk ok love. ... you haven't eaten anything since morning and i dont like that at all.

"Listen zeus......if you dont come back to the bed to continue what we were talking about. ......am going back to my room.....food is the last thing on my mind so please don't dare me.....ok?

You heard her.....go back to bed. And so....i do what I have to and return to my previous position and take a deep breath, readying myself to star the story.

You remember i told you how the werewolf king was working with Veronica.......... (she kept quiet ) anyway ......after  Veronica died, i just lost it ......i was in a dark space and no one could have helped me since my pack was scared of me and my parents were travelling as usual even if my parents were there they couldn't have helped me, they didn't even like Veronica.

Well........ am not sure if you've heard but that was the time that i killed him....... i challenged the Alpha king and killed him but that's not what made all werewolves to fear and feel intimidated by me.

I was so crashed by the disappointment of not having a mate that i nor longer cared whether i lived or died but i had too much pride to kill myself and  too much sorrow to keep living and so i went to fight the Alpha king prepared for a loss .

I wanted to die at the hands of a powerful wolf such as the king but i also wanted to get my revenge from him and so i had nothing to lose. The king shifted into his wolf but i remained in human form .

It was stupid of me to fight him in human form but I did it anyway but unfortunately it looked like he was winning even though i held my own until he had knocked me out.

I was out of consciousness for a few seconds and i wasn't interested in getting back to the fight when i saw myself in beautiful green field and in the that field they were two wolves one white and the other redish brown.......the two wolves were on either side of a woman dressed in black and white with a sword in her hands. Their backs were towards me as they walked away from me .

That was when I regained consciousness and it was if my heart wasn't as heavy and i had something to live and look forward to even though I still dont know what it was .

I then killed the Alpha king while still in human form and then i shifted and teared his body apart while preceeding to rip his heart out . (She stilled and her body froze, i really hope she doesn't seeing me in a different light)

Word went around about how i had singlehandedly killed the werewolf Alpha king while in human form and that i ripped his heart out and ripped him to shreds.

Lenarya started fidgeting and trying to escape from my hold..... my heart broke as she tried to leave. .......did i scare her too much? Did she just realise what am capable of? Does mate wanna leave us.....

I tightened my hold on her and said " Lenny please dont do this to me........am not that bad of i guy , i knew you would leave once you found out how much of a monster i could be......you think am a monster now....dont you. You want to run away from me again. .......is that it? You think am cold and heartless just like everyone else now dont you."

Her voice reached my ears as she said "let me go zeus "

I slowly removed my arms around her. Shock covered my face as the sting of pain registered to my brain "mate slap you? " did she just slap me?
I looked at her with pure shock as i registered the look of the  anger on her face.

"Dont you ever listen? How many times must i worn you about this? "
I honestly don't know what she's talking about but she sure looks angry "am talking to you, answer me!" Am confused. ....I'll pick angry anyday....at least she's not running away and she clearly isn't scared so....angry is better than sad or scared.

Look lenarya. ....am not sure what you talking about or why you angry can you please explain to me. Slap...... "i told you to stop calling me that and dont you dare pretend you dont know why am angry"

Ok...... i dont mean to sound like an ass whole but she looks gorgeous when she's angry like seriously how can a woman be soo beautiful, and she's all mine.

She started pouting as she lightly hits my chest "hey.....am talking to you. ......focus! Stop looking at me like that! " awww so cute

Am sorry beautiful, i didn't mean to space out on you.....now why dont you tell me  what I've done to make you so angry. ...ok?
