𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕠𝕟𝕖 𝕨𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕖 : she takes her dog to the dog park, and things get flirtatious

Gently I pulled the blue bag from her collar, picking up the waste My dog had just left upon the plush grass. "You are getting a new diet...today." I plucked the heavy doggie doo from the earthy grass, turning the bag inside out I trapped it tying it shut I tossed it into the nearest can.

     We haven't even made it into the park and she already couldn't contain herself. I pushed the black gate, a creaking sound coming to follow. Pulling me roughly by the leash I followed her as she barked at the dogs that came around.

       Her tail almost twirled with excitement, on her hind legs she pressed her paws against me begging to be let go. I took off the clip gathering her leash as she sprung off onto the group of playful pups.

       I looked behind me, trying to find a bench where I could sit secluded. Finding one where only one person sat, I walked off to the wooden bench being somewhat occupied by a light skinned boy, with shaggy dreads atop his head.

      "Hey" i said politely smiling as I sat next to him pulling my phone from my pocket. Leaning on the back of the bench. "Hey." He said back a polite grin on His lips. I looked through my apps looking for something to occupy my downtime. "Yo! Is your dog fucking mine." The boy laughed out and I quickly looked up. And he was right. "No the other way around, aye quit!"

    We both stood stoping our dogs, forcefully. "He's fixed though." Said trying to pull humor to the situation. We sat on the floor now our dogs continuing to lick each other's faces. "Do you come to this park often?" He asked innocently petting his dogs shaggy fur.

    "No, but the one on the other side of town, those dogs are usually to old to play with." He nodded smiling, "she likes a little more action as I've seen...anything like her owner?" He said slyly smirking, making me laugh out loud. "You're asking if I like to fuck?" His smirk faded as he laughed out.

    "No no, not what I was wondering."  My dog left and his followed close behind. "Simba's found a girlfriend." He concludes looking as they run and play. "Simba, that's cute." "Like you." He flirted agin, looking me in the eye, brown like honey shifting and sparkling in summers heat.

      "A flirt just like your dog." He nodded, "just a little bit smoother." I grew flattered, bashfully playing with the grass beneath us. "I can tell, simba and I are on the same level of cute." He shook his head laughing "nah your cute, and my dog....also cute, but you've beaten him, obviously." That didn't help my shyness as I looked over to see what our pups were up to.

    Simba gave puppy kisses to the side of my dogs face and by the way her tail moved to and fro I could tell she was loving every second of it. "Here" he said smoothly I turned to find his hand reaching to me. I took it standing, brushing off my backside. "I'm Zion." He introduced, I responded with my name, "unique." I rolled my eyes, "heard that a lot?" We made it back to the wooden worn bench. "Too much." I checked my purse that I had left.

    "Well...what haven't you heard in a while?" He continued to almost force small talk. "I don't know, uhm I love you I guess." It was silent as I put my phone back in my bag, making sure all my things were still there. "A little forward we just met." He joked, making me give and almost scoffing sound with a smile.

     "How long has it been since you've heard...do you wanna get lunch or sum." I looked over his face held both a smile and a look of seriousness. "You asking on a date?" "Am I asking you on a raisin?" I couldn't help but laugh at the absolute cheesiness of his response.

     "If I say yes will you quit with the corny jokes." 
"Maybe." He squinted, "I'm trying to think of another jo-" I held up my hand. "It's fine, we're going to lunch, I'm sure there will be enough corn and or cheese there." He laughed rolling his honey dark eyes. "And I was the one being called corny."
