In the heart of the chamber lie the three Nifei chained. There are 3 sarcophagi in the center of the chamber, opened and ready to be used. The chamber itself was very old and the walls were littered with protective spells and hieroglyphics. But there was one more presence in the chamber: a hooded figure that was pacing the chamber. It was like he was waiting for something. "Almost there. The moon is almost above us" he muttered. "Amethyst, whatever it is you are doing, don't." said the first Nifei, Femi. "Well, you're too late. Everything is in motion." Amethyst said, smiling. "The moon is above the pyramid now.. The only thing left to do is bind you three in the sarcophagi. Then, Ma'at will fall and Isfet will take over the word." "But why? What good does it you?" asks Dalila. "Chaos is twisting with your mind. It's giving you fake promises." "Because Chaos is superior. You can have everything you want." Amethyst said. "But how?"asked Dalila again. "I have the gods behind me." He smiled evilly. "Excuse me?!" Panya, the last Nifei exclaimed in surprise. "Since when did Gods interact with magicians? " "Well Apophis for starters." Amethyst said. "Apophis is still way down in the Duat. We imprisoned him there. How does he know about your plans" Femi asked. "I've been visiting, my dear Nifei. Soon, his chains will weaken and he will rise. Isfet and it's minions will rule the world. While Ma'at, and as a result you three, will crumble." Amethyst. "Ma'at will win, as it always has done. Without Ma'at, there is no balance." Dalila said. "Dalila, the wisest of the Nifei. I'm afraid that you're wrong for once. Isfet will.." Amethyst began when Femi interrupted. "Isfet will win, and Ma'at will lose. We get it, Amethyst. Shut up." Panya said, a bit annoyed. Amethyst looked amazed at Panya. "Watch your tongue." Amethyst sneered, and started chanting. The chains that bound the Nifei started glowing, as well as the sarcophagi. "It's starting." Femi muttered. "On the bright side, he doesn't know that it will take a while for this entire thing to take full effect. There is still hope." Dalila said quietly, while eying Amethyst who was still chanting. "Bother to explain?" Femi asked. "The balance won't be unbalanced immediately. It's gradual, so it will take awhile for the balance to be so unbalanced that one overpowers the other. Only a godling will be able to free us in that time." Dalila said. "Let's hope they do." Panya said, as Amethyst finished his spell, and chained the Nifei.
