I woke up to annoying alarm. "Didn't miss that," I groan to myself and rolling over to turn off the alarm. Today's the day I get to work for Mr. CEO Jeon Jungkook. Our interview was a little weird, especially that last question, but I won't push anything. The pay is better this way and he's low key kind of hot. Being promoted to personal assistant depending on how I do this month wouldn't bug me either.

I quickly hop into the shower after taking about ten minutes to convince myself to get up. Even with it the excitement of it being the first day and all of that, my blood isn't pumping enough for me to be okay with getting up. The shower is quick and then I head to my dresser where an outfit is already displayed out, ready for me to put it on.

You see I planned this outfit on ahead of time because I know myself. Myself either debates about getting ready or sleeps in late. I'm never actually getting ready on time, so planning things the night before helps me not run late. Also I'm not going to push myself getting up earlier than needed in order to prevent any of these problems.

My outfit is a nice black button up with black skinny jeans and shiny black dress shoes. A lot of black, but trust me it looks really nice. I pull on everything then book it to the kitchen. There's granola bars in my cabinet, so I grab one and head off. Any time spent to make a decent breakfast would make me late.

I arrive promptly one minute before I need to show up for my long eight hour shift. A breathe escapes my lips from the relief of not being late. I sit down at my desk and look around at the environment around me. This place is nice and warm, but still has a high business feeling. I like the feeling of it.

"Mr. Park," a lady in a red skirt and polka dot says to me as she approaches, "Mr. Jeon would like to see you for the task you have today." Shouldn't someone being bringing it out to me? That's what I thought would happen anyway.

I get out my desk chair and walk to the front of the room where Mr. Jeon is currently sitting in. Taking a deep breathe, I walk into the room. Right in front of my sits a man with his hair nicely parted to right right, doe eyes high concentrated on something, and lips slightly parted to show cute bunny teeth. I don't really know what to do but stand there. Do I say I'm here, or do I wait for him to notice me?

Before I come to an answer for my own question, Mr. Jeon looks up at me and notices I'm here. "Hello Mr. Park. Take a seat and I'll get you some work," he gets up from his own desk as he speaks. Listening to what he has said, I take a seat on a nice little sofa in the room. Yet I do have some confusion on why he's getting me my work and having me take a seat here.

"May I ask why I was called into your office?" I ask softly from the bit of nervousness I'm feeling. Mr. Jeon turns around with a small stack of papers and walks over to me.

"Honestly speaking, I have no work related reasons why I wanted to be here. Here's some work on what a company wants to do with us since I did say I wanted to give you some work. Go ahead and work in here too," he says to me before grabbing his own laptop and taking a seat next to me. Feeling the spot right next to me sink, my breathe hitches a little. Why am I working in here and why is he next to me? To be more exact, right next to me even though there is plenty more room on this couch for him to not sit next to me.

I try to push off him sitting next to me and start reading over the papers given to me. The company is fairly small and wants to sell some of their own products with ours. The thing that is complicating this whole offer is that our products are polar opposites from each other. I don't understand why they would want to sell products with Jeon Co. products, but that is something for the higher ups to decide.

"Um... Mr. Jeon would you like me to type the summary?" I ask while turning to face Mr. Jeon. He closes his laptop and shakes his head. There's something about this man that is very confusing. I just can't put a finger on it.

"You can just tell me what they want to do and how much they offer," he simply puts how he wants the summary. I'm almost positive that's not how I should be giving this summary, but that's okay I guess. I probably should of done some research before accepting this possible fate.

Checking the time before I give him the summary, I notice I have about ten minutes before lunch. Good thing the summary was going to be short either way. Before giving him my summary, I quickly look over the numbers so I don't get anything wrong. "XXXX Co. would like to offer the company..." And that's where I begin.

My summary last for about five minutes since there wasn't much to cover. By the time I'm finish, my lunch break starts. I can't wait to eat since my breakfast was small. Plus I can't really ignore the fact that Mr. Jeon is sitting right next to me anymore. Honestly speaking, it's very nerve racking to sit next to your boss without any real explanation.

"Excuse me Mr. Jeon while I leave to go get lunch," I say quietly while I stand up to leave. He checks the time and then nods. I have to tell Taehyung all about my morning when we meet up for lunch. Hopefully he choose some place close to the both of us. Rather not be late back.

As I grab for the door to exit, my boss stops me. "Jimin-ssi, remember to call me Jungkook when you come back. Being called so formally from you doesn't sound right." He's very persistent on how to address him, isn't he? Well when I get back I'll remember to call him by Jungkook. Also what was with the 'Jimin-ssi'?

I am so happy with my writing style currently. Everything is edited and flows way better than before. ~Freckles223344
