Chapter 9-Spider Men

*Saturday*
I wake up late well because it's the start of winter break and imma be used to it so.
I head out while looking for Peter, I know how he looks but I just can't seem to find him.
I stop at the burger place me and Jazmine were at and I sit down butting my back from the door.

*Ten minutes pass*

I hear someone coming in...
"Ah yes can I have the cheese burger combo, small one and coke."
I hear him coming towards me, and he sits in front of me and it's Peter.
"Hey Thomas!"
"How the hell did you find me?"I asked.
"I may or may not followed you around or something like that..."
"What the hell weirdo?"
He laughs.
"So anyways are you ready for the basics and stuff for your powers?"
The worker comes and gives him his food In a tray.
"Ooo yum" he said.
I stare at him while he eats,"Well yeah I am I just need to get used to having powers now you know?Like I'm already good without them on my own-"
"But imagine how much better you'll be with them!"he said with his mouth full.
He did had a point, but won't I have to change things in my suit, I thought.

I let him finish his food and so we can talk.
"Aight cool I'm done eating alright let's go kiddo."
We get up and go out and walk in the side walk.
"So listen here kid, now that you have powers just like me, you are gonna need some responsibility by having those powers by doing what is right."
He said while patting my shoulder.
"Yeah I get you but I wanna learn how to use them, to have control over them like how you have control over them."I said while showing my hands.
"Alright Tom here, put your hands on my sweater."He said while taking of his sweater, I put my hands on it and I can't pull them out.
"The only way to take them out was just to focus, just like how you did by climbing that wall the other day, focus Thomas, focus."
I close my eyes and try to focus on nothing but on my hands and only my hands.I feel just my hands and just the stickiness in my fingers slowly coming off, until I just yanked it and got them out.
Agh it work!
"See you just have to practice now and then and you'll get used to it Tom."
We continue to walk.
"Hey Tom did you know there was other spider men before me?"
"Wait really?I thought you were The only one?"I said surprised.
"Yeah, there's a retired Spider-man his name is Tobey, Tobey Maguire, he still has the powers but not really into being a super hero."
"Oh I see, and where can I find him?"I ask.
"Well I'll tell you later when you need too" he said while putting his hands behind his head.

We continue to walk and I ask,"Hey is there more than Tobey or not?"
*theres silence*
He looks at me..."Well, yeah but you remember rhino?"
"Yeah well I remember him after Tobey?I think it was him, his design of the suit was different I saw it in the news and newspaper, I was little so I don't really remember clearly what happen to him."I said looking at him.
"Well he died stopping rhino...and it was the way how he died which was horrible that I can't...say."
He looks down at the ground.
"I'm sorry Peter..."
There's silence.
"I was really close to him, he was teaching me while I was just a learning everything, I was 10 when I got my powers, and he was teaching me all the basics, around age 12 is when I saw him face rhino by himself, he was young...Andrew was so young, he was 20 when he faced him, and when he died, rhino launch a car to the sky and he went for it and slammed it down to the head or rhino and it damaged him a lot but better landed on it and the horn...pierced through his body...there was a lot of blood*sniffles* and that's how it all happen."
I look down to the ground..."Shit man...I'm sorry I-don't know what to say."
It was silent the whole way and he drop me off at my house and I said bye to him.
It became late and my aunt was already home tired from work.I should really stop going out a lot to take care of her.
