The next morning was fine. Greg never mentioned anything about hearing what me and Cheryl were up to last night so that put me at ease. Anyway I got dressed into my suit made sure that Christina was ready for kindergarten. As I was leaving I looked over and saw Greg sitting in the kitchen drinking a cup of coffee.
"Hey Greg you wanna come to work with me? Maybe I can get you a job in the office?" I asked. Greg's face lit up.
"Sounds good!" He replied.

So Greg, Christina and I left. We dropped Christina off and starting driving to work. I introduced Greg to my manager and they got on surprisingly well.
"Well Greg, Rowley told me that you needed a job and I'd be happy for you to work here."
So it was official Greg and I were now colleagues and he would be bringing around coffee while I write my new novels.

Suddenly Holly Hills past. Greg spun around and couldn't take her eyes off her.
"Rowley! Holly works here!?" Greg exclaimed
"Yeah she's a personal assistant for my manager."
"W-why didn't you tell me!" He asked.
"Because you have a girlfriend and a son.."
Greg gave me an annoyed look.
"But Rowley you know I loved her" he whined.
"Greg I thought you moved on we were like 13" I laughed. Greg stormed off after Holly. I heard some talk and excited voices they obviously were happy to see each other but I really hope that Greg didn't develop feelings for her again. Holly was married now and had recently given birth to a little boy I couldn't stand the thought of her leaving that for Greg.

The work day continued. I didn't see much of Greg... or Holly. But I packed up and got ready to leave. As I made my way out I bumped into my manager.
"Hey John have you seen Greg?" I asked
"Oh yeah yeah he already left, think he took the bus."
"Oh ok thanks."
You have got to be kidding me. Greg didn't even text me to say he was going home. I rang him up.
"Greg! You didn't even tell me you were leaving, I thought I was driving you home!"
"Rowley you need to chill tf out. We are adults I can go home when I want I don't have to tell you." I felt so angry.
"No Greg. It's not childish to tell me if you're leaving it's common sense and this is the second time you have changed plans without telling me!" Greg ended the call. Oh god I hope I didn't piss him off too much. Maybe I overreacted and I'm just stressed out at the moment...

I got home later that evening and was greeted by my daughter. She ran up and hugged me.
"Hi sweetie. How was school?" I asked.
"Yeah it was good. Mummy and Greg picked me up." Wait. Did Greg leave early to pick up my daughter? Seems a bit strange.. maybe he did it as a favour but Cheryl was already collecting her....
"That's nice sweetie." I replied

Anyway the evening went on like any other Friday evening. We had dinner, watched some tv, put Chrissy to bed and went to bed ourselves.

However the next day at work wasn't so normal. I walked into Holly's office to find Holly and Greg snogging. They both looked over and gasped.
"Um what are you doing.." I asked.
"Rowley um..uh...er" Holly stuttered.
"Rowley get out!" Greg yelled. And I did. I walked straight out and as soon as I left I heard a sudden burst of laughter. This was awful. Holly was hooking up with Greg. Poor Harry, I know how much he loves Holly and she's doing this.. But of course this wasn't just Holly's fault. I told Greg she had a family and a husband but he still does this! Oh god. I'm beginning to regret letting Greg stay, it's also my fault that this has happened... if I just said no then-

Greg walked out the room interrupting my train of thought
"Greg!" I yelled.
"Rowley-"
"Greg! I told you she's married and has a son! You can't do this!"
"Rowley I loved Holly more than anything! I never got to be with her because you always got in the way! Do you know how many times I felt like killing myself from not being with her! She always spent time with you and laughed around with you and now you're blocking me from her again!"
"Greg I-"
"Rowley are just jealous? Or do you wanna stop me from living my life and doing what I want like you always have?!"
I was silenced.. I didn't know what to say. Yet again I felt guilty. Maybe it's my fault. Maybe if I just stopped being friends with Holly when we were younger, he could have married her and not made her cheat on Harry..
"I'm sorry" I said. Greg shoves passed me and carried on with his day. I made my way to my desk and stared blankly at my computer screen.
