Can you feel the love tonight

Previously on Ninjago...

"Well, well, well, hello Ninjago, you know me, the Overlord, but you can call me your master for all eternity" Overlord spoke.

"Never will we call you in such a way." Shouted the familiar voice of Lloyd.

"Ugh, the ninjas, Kai get rid of them."

"With pleasure." Kai says with an evil grin.

"Kai, I'm sorry, I-I love y-you"

"Don't ever tell anyone this happened."

"If you dare..."

Chapter 8: Can you feel the love tonight

"Master, have you called me?" Kai said entering Overlord's throne room. "Yes, my child. I've got something to talk to you about."-

"What is it, Master?"

"Do you remember about her?"

As he said that, a figure appeared. It was a woman with long, blond hair. She had some sort of red make up on her eyes, almost like a mask. She was wearing a black, gangster girl outfit. (I'm gonna reveal her name in the next chapter, but first try to guess who she is) Kai immediately knew who she was.

"No way, how are you even alive?!?!"

"Well, I survived."

"How?" (To be revealed in the next chapter)

~time skip to when she finished her story~

"So that's how you survived?"

"Yeah, crazy right?"

"Totally"

They were suddenly cut by the sound of Overlord calling them.

"So our plan to destroy the ninjas will be easy, but you'll need a help from a friend of our dear princess over here."

He, then explained the plan to them. (I'm gonna reveal the plan in the next chapter as well)

~time skip to when Overlord finished explaining~

When Overlord finished explaining the plan, they both node and went to their rooms.

~in Kai's room~

Kai stared at the ceiling, thinking of what Lloyd had told him.

'Kai, I love you' he kept on thinking of those words. What should he do?

Betray Overlord and the rest of gang? Or stay here and help Overlord?

He wanted to help Overlord, he treated him like a son and not like some sort of mop to throw away. He took his decision.

Suddenly a knock was heard. "Coming!"

The blonde lady entered the room.

"Kai, is everything alright?"

"I don't know, two minutes ago someone that betrayed me five years ago said he loved me, uh, what should I do?"

"Listen to your heart. But if the person is Lloyd don't even think of coming back to him."

"You two had a thing, right? ~"

"No~" she said, maybe a little too flirty.

"He wasn't exactly the ninja I loved, you know? ~"

"Then, who was it? ~"

"I-I loved you"

Kai was shocked. Di the princess just say he loved him? Yes! But what about him? He always thought he loved Skylor, well until they broke up a year after the tournament. They came back together again but after the events that happened that day they broke up. Again.

"You ain't gonna trick, aren't you?"

Then he got a kiss from the blond, a kiss that quickly turned into a make out session. They broke apart because they needed air.

"Does that answer your question?"

"It does more than that"

She passed the night in his room and you know what happened. (They didn't have 'it' though, because that's after marriage)

As you've seen there are a lot of questions I'm gonna answer in the nest chapter. The chapter will be filled with flashbacks.

Questions: who's the girl? How does she know Kai? Who's her friend? What's her story with Lloyd? When did she meet the ninjas? From what did she had to survive and how? What is Overlord's plan?
