I walked up to my room and I took a shower to get ready for dinner. When I got out I dressed in this.

If you can't tell I like showing off my legs. why not show what my mom gave me. I went downstairs to help my mom with making diner. "Oye chica how has the school been." my mom asked me. "it was good. I'm going on a date with a boy named Wil. " I smiled as I cooked the steak. "really? I thought you liked Corey. " she said. "nope he's a d- rude. He's rude." I replied choosing my words carefully. "Are you sure? he seemed like a gentleman yesterday," she said as she drained the boiling water from the potatoes. "mama he's a kiss ass," I said reminding her. "okay. also, watch your mouth," she replied pouring milk into the potatoes and mashing them.
"Okay I'm going to take a shower and get ready can you finish cooking?" she asked as she took her apron off. "yeah totally. Go on get ready." I said as I scooted her out of the kitchen. i walked over and put butter into the potatoes and continue mashing them. I cut up the vegetables and put them on each plate next to the steak. I put 2 scoops of the potatoes on the plate as well. I placed the plates on the table and put a bottle of wine along with a pitcher of ice water next to it on the table.
My mom came into the room with a bunch of cups and put them down. "thank you, honey," she said as she pulled out a chair and sat down. Someone knocked on the door. "go get the door please." my mom asked politely. "Okay," I said as I walked to the door. I took a deep breath and slapped on a smile. I opened the door and there stood Judy with Corey behind her.
"good evening Daniella," she said as she hugged me. She wore a nice blue dress that goes right below the knee and a pair of navy blue heels to match. She had purls on as well. "you look beautiful ms. Haim." I complimented. And stepped back to let her and Corey in. "please call me Judy." she smiled walking past me. Corey was going to pass as well. I stopped him with my hand.
I whispered in his ear. "you better knock off this crush stuff that river told me about because I like Wil." He looked at me with hurt in his eyes. "I don't like you. At all. Wil can have you." he said. We sat down with Corey next to me.
We all ate. "this food is amazing ms. Santos." Corey said humming. "actually Daniella made it. All I did was part of the potatoes." she gave me credit. "oh maybe you could teach Corey someday." said Judy. thats when Corey started rubbing his leg on mine. "yeah maybe." he smiled turning to me. I turned to him as our moms started to talk again. " are you ever not gonna do that?" I asked. he just winked.
I wanted to annoy him so I put my hand on his and eventually, I picked up his hand and interwind our fingers. "I'm gonna let go of your hand and go outside," I whispered. "Please excuse me I feel a little sick I'm gonna go get a bit of air." I let go of his hand and went outside. I stepped out the door and sat on the steps of the porch. Why does he want me? I don't like him. I hate his guts. He's an ass and a man Thot.
I saw him making out with a girl outside of the school when the home bell rang. It was so gross. Suddenly I heard the door open. "hey." he said. "what do you want Corey?" I asked annoyed. "you but that's gonna take a while. But I except that challenge," he said and I could hear that dumb ass smirk on his face. "no really what do you want?" I asked turning to him. "nothing my mom told me to come out here with you while she talks to your mom." he said taking a seat next to me.
"dude I like Wil. He's actually sweet and down to earth. He's funny and a good influence." I said staring ahead. "yea but you want me more. " he said smugly. "I don't think it comes as a surprise that I'm not into you. Just ask River. When you do say these exact words. 'who does Dani talk about, me or Wil? ' then you'll get your answer. " I said getting pissed. "Why do you hate me?" he asked. "because the day we met I got hit with your basketball and you didn't say sorry or even ask if I was okay," I said getting up as Judy walked out with my mom.
"it was nice having you and Corey over. Come visit whenever you'd like. " she told Judy as they walked down the steps. "wait can I just say something to Dani really quick?" I heard him say to his mom. She nodded and he jogged to me. "I'm sorry. I didn't know that the ball hit you," he said with a smile. "Okay thanks, I'll see you Monday," I said as I hugged him. "bye!" he yelled as him and his mom drove away.
I walked in and to the phone in my room. I called Wil. The phone rang twice and he picked up. "hello? " he greeted. "hey." I said getting all smiley. His voice was so soothing yet And all he said was 'hello'. "oh hey, Daniella. What's up? " he asked. "nothing I just called to make sure we're hanging tomorrow," I said into the phone. "definitely. pizza at papa's. I'll pick you up at 6." he said and I could hear the smile in his voice. "okay, Ill see you then. Goodnight. " I smiled. He said bye as we hung up.
