"It's too late for all that lovey-dovey shit
I'm your brother shit, all that other shit
It's too late for all that.""This place is so nice, babe." Tatiana says as she looks around the apartment complex. After spending weeks in Miami, we officially had a set resting place. We were occupying space in a hotel for a while so it felt good to have some place to call home for a while. Jasai made the decision for us to stay put so he got us a five-bedroom condo in Miami Beach.
"It is nice, huh?" I take in decorations that outlined this place. This is probably the nicest place we ever stayed.
"Yeah, it's really nice." She gushes. "Beautiful."
I stare down at a wide-eyed Tatiana who is fascinated with our new living headquarters. Since being with me I've opened her eyes to a new level of luxury. I was showing her all the finer things in life. Fancy dinner dates, random shopping sprees and money handouts for whatever hair and nail appointment she had. She's adapted to our lavish lifestyle fairly quickly.
Tatiana and I have been dating for a couple of months now. We met at a car convention that Jasai had brought me to a while back. We both had our eyes on a Maserati Quattroporte they had in the gallery. It started off with us talking about the mechanics of the car then the interior and exterior designs. Too much of my surprise, she knew more about cars then I expected.
To make a long story short, we hit it off and she's been stuck on me ever since. She's s cool girl. Can I say she's the one? I'm not sure yet. I've had plenty of girlfriends so I'm still testing out the water with her. Our relationship is taking off in the right start so I'm hoping it remains that way.
Originally I had no plans on telling Tatiana what I did but as time passed I felt I could trust her. I wasn't expecting for her to fall for a guy like me. Let alone show any interest. She came from a decent background. One where she never had to struggle nor did she know what the feeling felt like. In a sense, we were polar opposites much like every other girl I dated.
Unlike myself, I've had to fend for mines. I had to do things I wasn't proud of in order to feed my mother and sister. Things I'm now shunned by my family for. I was a lone wolf. Hustling day by day to survive in this cold and lonely world. That was until Jasai found me.
