"Hey, what happened?" Kit asked

"Hey, what happened?" Kit asked. His eyes filled with worry as he looked down at me.

"I'm just overwhelmed," I answered, not completely lying. "They rejected me Kit, I'm going to be stuck in this dump forever." I crossed my arms in frustration.

Kit unfolded them for me in response. "You've got me," he said smiling.

"I know I have," I said placing a hand on his face, with a smile.

He caught me off-guard. I was looking at his lips without even realising it when he muttered a concerned... "Have I got something on my face?"

"Not at all," I answered. I took instinct and closed my eyes, leaning in. Our lips touched for a split second and butterflies erupted in my stomach, this was it. I had been waiting for this. Yet it didn't feel right... I then pulled away.

"Sorry I-" I held my mouth, internally cursing myself.

"It's oka-" he tried to begin before he was interrupted by a "Mr Walker." Thredson called him in.

I quickly scurried away behind a corner before Thredson looked up from his notes. I heard a faint, "Kit, sorry to keep you waiting." before the door was slammed.

The feeling was hard to explain. I didn't know how to feel about what had just happened. So much was on my mind right now.

Burning heat began to make its way from my toes upwards, reaching my face causing me to hypoventilate. No- Suffocate.

I couldn't feel anything anymore. It was the awful feeling that I got when I couldn't bare anything that was happening in my life. It used to happen in High school and I had to see doctors, but one day it stopped. I wasn't under as much pressure working in the diner with my mom.

I stumbled my way into the common room and Pepper brought me over to Lana. I couldn't see anything at this point.

"Aiden, Aiden." My eyes fluttered a little before I heard a "Do you know your name?"

I closed my eyes...

______________

"Oh god," I spoke as I turned around to find everyone dancing and myself in a light blue, knee-high dress with silver heels. Everyone was in the room. Lana, Kit, Pepper. You name it they were there.

"The name game!" I turned around as I sang. Then pointed to me.

"Aiden! Aiden Aiden, bo baiden, banana fana, fo faiden, fee fy mo maiden, Aiden!"

Jesus Christ. I could not believe this was happening. I made my way over to Lana, pulling her into the middle of the floor. "Lana! Lana Lana, bo bana, banana fana, fo fana, fee fy mo mana." Lana came over joining in with my dance moves. "Lana."

"Come on everybody, I say now let's play a game. I bet you I could make a rhyme, out of anybody's name. The first letter of the name. I treat it like it wasn't there." I spot kit nodding his head, he then made his way over joining in. "But a b or an f, or an m will appear."

"And then I say a bo, add a b, then I say the name, then banana fana and a fo. And then I say the name again with an f very plain and a fee, fy and a mo. And then I say the name again with an m this time and there isn't any name that I can't rhyme." I say whilst throwing my arms up twice and then swinging my arms to the side, spinning them round then pointing, walking forward.

I made my way over to Pepper who was sitting on a chair. "Pepper! Pepper Pepper, bo bepper, banana fana fo fepper, fee fy mo mepper. Pepper!"

Lana, Kit and I continued to walk over behind the couch. "But if the first two letters are ever the same, I drop them both and say the name like, bob, bob drop the b's bo ob. For Fred, Fred drop the f's fo red. For Mary, Mary, drop the m's mo ary, that's the only rule that is contrary."

"Okay?" I made my way up onto the brown coffee table. "Now say bo!"

"Bo!" everyone chorused.
"Now tony with a b."
"Bony!"
"Then banana fana fo."
"Banana fana fo!"
"Then you say the name again with an f, very plain."
"Fony!"
"Then a fee fy mo."
"Fee fy mo!"
"Then say the name again with an m this time."
"Mony!"
"And there isn't any mane that you can't rhyme."

Kit held my hand and helped me down from the table, grinning at me.
I gave him a wink and sung. "Kit kit, bo bit, banana fana fo fit, fee fy mo mit... Kit!"

"The name game." I dragged on, hitting a note I didn't even know I could.

The tune came to a close as I opened my eyes to reveal Lana looking at me.

"Do you know you name?" She asked. I looked at her, slightly tilting my head.

"Your name is Aiden Pines."

-----------

"And everyone was dancing. It was mad Lana!" I tried to explain to her. "It sounds mad." she spoke taking a puff of her cigarette.

I decided that there was no convincing her, seeing as no one else spoke about it in the show anyway.

I remember my encounter earlier with Kit, and decided there was no way I was going to tell her that me and him semi-kissed...

I let out a sigh and sat back into my chair, and began to wait. There was only one person I wanted to see right now, and it wasn't Oliver.
