After Royal left the Mixer Club to go meet up with her 'friends' at McDonalds, Duck, Nervous and V-cent continued their mission to get Duck a boyfriend.
Jarod had texted Duck in the morning to meet up at Mixer Club. Duck was excited to go on a date with her crush, but she was getting sweat everywhere, and in every crevice.
"Duck, did your shirt always have those dark spots?" Nervous pointed to the sweat stains under Duck's armpits.
"Oh." Duck looked down at her red shirt that now had two maroon circles under her arms.
"Do you want some napkins?" V-cent asked.
"Or you could just poor water on the whole thing so it looks the same color." Nervous suggested.
"Nervous, switch shirts with me." Duck said.
"I like my idea better." Nervous argued.
"We are wearing the same shirt." Duck said.
"But we aren't the same size." Nervous pleaded.
Duck already started taking off her shirt.
"Oh, so you're just going to strip right here." Nervous said.
Duck noticed that they were in public. She didn't care since there weren't that many people around.
Duck and Nervous exchanged T-shirts. Before Duck put on the shirt, she wiped off the sweat under her armpits with a few napkins. Nervous put Duck's shirt on. The sweat spots were cold and gave Nervous the goosies.
"Wow, your shirt is warm." Duck said.
"Lucky you." Nervous was shivering.
The group were conversing until they heard footsteps behind them.
"Boo!" Someone shouted, followed by a gentle push on Duck's back.
Duck turned around and saw Jarod. She pretended to be scared.
"Wow. I was terrified." Duck said.
"Really?" Jarod asked.
"Well, no but we can practice." Duck patted Jarod's shoulder to comfort him.
"I was scared." V-Cent stated.
"Really?" Jarod felt better knowing that he got someone.
"Not really. I was just trying to help you out." V-cent also patted Jarod's shoulder for comfort.
Nervous saw that Jarod had suffered enough so she decided not to comment.
"Anyways, this is Nervous and V-cent." Duck said.
"Oh yeah, I remember the paper bag head at the beach." Jarod said. "Why is that on your head anyway?"
"I don't have a face. It's pretty scary." Nervous lied. She decided that if she's gong to have a paper bag over her head for awhile, she might as well have fun with it.
"Then how are you talking?" Jarod asked.
"Oh. Right." Nervous said.
They all waited for her to answer, staring at her paper bag.
"Nervous, you in there?" Duck asked.
Nervous took out her trusty hot pink Samsung flip phone and began texting someone. Duck felt her phone buzz in her pocket. She took it out and read the text message sent from Nervous.
"Nervous said she can't speak all of a sudden." Duck said.
"Alright then." Jarod said. "We should get going now."
