Madnil (Madhuri Dixit & Anil Kapoor)

BEEP BEEP BEEP!!! Madhuri turned over and hit her alarm clock. Sriram was lying in bed next to her sound asleep. " Honey wake up" " I have to get up and finish packing my flight leaves in a few hours." Sriram rolled over and looked at his beautiful wife " Ok, if you must, I'm really going to miss you" I'll miss you too, Madhuri said. She leaned over and kissed him. "Just think I'll be coming out to visit you on set in a few weeks" " Yes, and I look forward to that she giggled" Madhuri was scheduled to start filming her new movie in London and had to be there today.

Madhuri got up and took a shower, Kalank had been out on DVD for months now and she was overjoyed about its success! It had landed her a ton of new roles. She blows dried her black hair and pulled the top half of it up, she put on a pair of form-fitting jeans and a low cut black shirt and heels.

While packing she started humming kalank tabaah ho gaye quietly to herself. It had been a long time since being on that beautiful camera. She kept in touch with Kajol and Anushka Shetty, but not Anil. She had been thinking about him a lot recently. With everyone talking about their chemistry in the movie and how good they looked together on screen it had gotten her to thinking...her thoughts turned to him now, all the fun they had had on the set, the laughter the jokes, the friendship... "Honey" Sriram appeared in their bedroom doorway shaking her from her thoughts. Huh oh yes sweetie what is it? The car is here to pick you up and if you don't leave now you're going to miss your flight. Oh RIght!!!

Sriram helped her load her things in the car and then she kissed him goodbye and off she went.

On the way to the airport, Madhuri got a call from her PA " Madhuri I just thought you should know that there has been a slight cast change for the movie" Kori said. What do you mean by a casting change, Kori? "Well Vivaan has gotten pretty sick and he's going to be fine but he's dropped out of the project so that filming could resume as planned" "Well then who is taking his place a the leading male?" Madhuri asked " This was last minute as you know but it turns out Anil Kapoor will be playing your love interest now" Madhuri's heart started pounding and she had absolutely no idea why "Thanks for the heads up Kori. It'll be fun getting to work with Anil again!" Madhuri hung up her phone as they arrived at the airport.

She was in a daze going through baggage and security she barely noticed when she sat down in her 1st class seat. She was going to get to work with Anil again Her stomach felt like it had butterflies in it. "Why do I feel like this" "it's like I'm nervous or something" Her flight took off and since she'd gotten up early she was still rather tired. She fell asleep about 30 min into the flight, still thinking about her new film and what it was going to be like to work with Anil again. She was very excited, to say the least. She dreams of being on the mild eves again with Anil and singing and laughing with him. 

She stepped off the plane and her luggage was retrieved and she was driving to her hotel. She had a meeting to go to after checking in. She had to talk with Director Mike Nichols about what scene they would be shooting first and finish getting all of the details hammered out. She opened the door to her suite and had her luggage put on the bed for the time being.

She turned her phone back on and saw that she had 3 messages one from Sriram, one from her PA reminding her what time the meeting was, and one from a number she didn't recognize.

Hi Madhuri, it's Anil I just wanted to say how excited I am to be working with you on this project. I was wondering if after the meeting you wanted to go get something to eat so that we can catch up.

Madhuri stored his number to her blackberry and then simply replied I'd love to, sounds fun

She then messaged Kori asking what time her car would be here. She said about half an hour so Madhuri went into the bathroom to freshen up before the meeting.

She looked at what she was wearing and decided her low cut Black shirt and form-fitting jeans were fine. She redid her hair leaving all of it down this time, reapplied mascara and foundation. She never wore much makeup. She stared at the black-haired, hazel-eyed beauty in the mirror and she was beautiful. If you didn't know you would never guess she was 51 and had 4 children. Madhuri considered herself average looking even though Everyone told her she was beautiful all the time. Madhuri decided she looked fine and went down to meet her car.

She stepped inside and she remembered she needed to call Sriram. She told him she had arrived safely, was on the way to the meeting and about the last-minute casting change. She told him she loved him and got off the phone as the driver pulled up to the building where the meeting was being held. Suddenly excitement consumed her. She was about to see Anil for the 1st time in months and she realized she had missed him, and for some reason, she could not comprehend she hoped he had missed her too...
