Madnil Part 24

Sanjay's plane landed at JFK and the first thing he did was call Alia. "Alia do you know where Anil lives?" "No, but Kriti does" "K thanks I'll just find out from her." "All right, bye," she said. Alia knew she should try and stop her brother. "Well, the bastard deserves it for breaking up our family," she thought.

Kriti was sitting down talking with Anil and Madhuri when her phone rang. "Sorry, excuse me," Kriti said getting up and going into the other room. "Sanjay?" she said, "Kriti, I'm in New York I just landed, I know all about everything, Alia told me." " Listen, Sanjay, don't flip Mom was going to tell you, she just told us for Christ's sake!" "Don't be mad at her for not telling you she wanted to tell you in person and not over the phone! I can't Alia did that!!!" "First, I'm not mad at Mom. Second, don't get mad at Alia, I'm glad she told me" He snapped "Well if you're not mad at mom then why do you have that tone?" "I'm mad at the son of a bitch who has torn our family apart!" Sanjay screamed. "Listen, we don't need to get upset, let me meet you and we'll talk about this!" "Alright, fine!" Sanjay ended the call before she could say anything else. She walked back into the living room and told her mom and Anil she had a couple of things she needed to do.

She told Sanjay to meet her at Starbucks, the one she had him meet her at was a block away from Anil's apartment. "I missed you," She said handing him his coffee. " I missed you too," he said. They sat down outside and she tried to avoid what he was going to ask her for as long as she could. "Where is he staying?" he finally asked. "I'll tell you, only if you promise not to go over there with the intention of trying to beat the hell out of him," Kriti said softly. "I can't promise that." "Then I can't tell you," she said. "Kriti, I'll do my best, I really will." he said, "Alright, um he lives just up the block.." She finished telling him about where the apartment was and then held her breath. "That wasn't so hard now was it?" He said calmly "No," she said. "I had a feeling it was somewhere close you don't live in this part of town." "Well, I had to help mom move some of her stuff over there and left them when you called......." She stopped. Sanjay got up and bolted down the block. "Oh shit! I'm so stupid!" Kriti said as she got up to try and run after her brother. He hadn't wanted to hear that his mother was already moving in with this man.

He arrived at their door a short couple of minutes later. He knocked on the door and to his satisfaction, it was Anil who opened the door. SMACK!! Sanjay punched Anil in the jaw. Anil fell to the floor because he hadn't been prepared to be hit. "Come on! Get your ass up and fight me!" Sanjay raged. He stepped inside the door as Anil stood up. "Sanjay, I'm sorry please just let me..." POW! Sanjay punched Anil in the jaw again busting his lip. Before Sanjay could get another hit in Madhuri jumped in front of Anil and Kriti ran through the door. "Sanjay, stop this right now!" Madhuri said. Sanjay stopped and looked at his mother, she was angry and worried he could see that, but she was also glowing. He moved his eyes down to her stomach and back up to her eyes. He knew he needed to stop, he didn't want to risk hurting his mother. "Ok, fine," He said glaring at Anil. "Mom, I'm so sorry it's all my fault!" Kriti said, then she explained the situation. "Kriti, it's alright, it's not your fault. Can you leave so we can talk to your brother and try and explain things?" Madhuri asked, "It's ok, Kriti, you can go I'm not going to hit him again." He said Kriti kissed her mom and turned and left. "Sanjay, sweetheart I'm so sorry about all of this I really am!" Madhuri said "Come on in and let's please talk about this" He agreed and she led him to the couch and they all three sat down. "All right mom I listen, but for your sake and not his, and I'm not making any promises!" he said, "Thank you, sweetheart, that's all I'm asking is that you listen." She said. Then she and Anil once again began explaining everything to him. "We tried to ignore things, but we realized it wasn't lusting....... I love your mother very much and I........... We never meant for any of this to happen....." Finally, after a while, they were completely done explaining everything. "Well?" Madhuri said "Well, mom all I can say is I should have listened to Madhuri and talked about everything first, I'm sorry about your jaw Anil." he said, "I see that you make my mom very happy, my mom has always been extremely happy with my dad I didn't think it was possible for her to be happier, yet she is, here with you." "I'll have a hard time adjusting to this at first, but I'll do my best." "Now, I'm going to go and visit dad, and leave you two." He said getting up and kissing his mother. As he headed out the door he turned and looked at his mother and said: "Oh, by the way, am I getting a new brother or sister?" "A baby sister" Madhuri replied smiling and touching her stomach. Sanjay smiled and rolled his eyes "Should have known" then she shut the door.

"It's been a long day," Madhuri said "Sure has, are you alright sweetheart?" he asked. "Me? I'm fine your the one with the busted lip!" she giggled "I really am sorry about that." "It's fine, I understand," he said. She led him back to the couch and sat down next to him as close as she could. He quickly pulled her into his lap though. "I think I'm getting a little heavy to sit in your lap" she giggled "Nonsense, now come here and kiss me," he said Madhuri touched the busted part of his mouth. "Does that hurt?" she asked "No, I'm fine" "Good?" she said as she placed her lips gently on his. She pried his mouth open with her tongue and entwined his with hers. " I want you so much," he said "I want you too," she said. "Madhuri, I swear if this pregnancy wasn't so high risk I'd take you here and now," he said. "I know, we have to be careful" "it's only 4 more months" she grinned wickedly. He laughed and kissed her again.

"Oh my God!" Madhuri said suddenly "what are you alright?" He said worried "I'm fine, the baby just kicked," she said excitedly "Here give me your hand," she said, she gently placed his hand on top of her stomach just as the baby kicked again. "Wow," he said amazed. They both sat there talking to the baby when he looked up at her "Madhuri, thank you so much for making me the happiest man in the world" he said pulling her into another passionate kiss. "Your very welcome" she whispered.............
