I changed my number and started leaving my room to go on walks with Yunho when I felt like I'd start thinking about him again. So far I'm feeling better and who knows maybe I'd be happy again just like I was on the day I arrived.
Right now I'm in the living room writing my essay for English literature on the laptop. I haven't seen Seonghwa since yesterday, which is unusual since he likes preparing breakfast much. Maybe he's really busy with university. Since I won't concentrate with an empty stomach I decide to make breakfast by myself.
"Morning Nara", a familiar voice calls behind me. This can't be true right ? I turn around and meet my best friend Jo. She wraps her arm around me pulling me closer to her. I missed her so much that I'm almost crying here.
"I missed you so much", I whisper clinging onto her. Jo is the only person who was there for me when my mom left and the other things happened.
"Darling i missed you just as much" she pulls away from our hug and looks at me. Jo didn't change over the five months of my stay here. She still has her artsy but expensive aesthetic. Her long brown hair and jewelry show how well off she is. Nothing has changed and I'm happy about that.
"You need to take more care of your body. Nara you look mentally and physically exhausted", Jo says softly.
"I'm getting there in some months I'll be healthier and more relaxed than I've ever been", I tell her.
"You know I really like that Seonghwa boy. He really called me last week telling me you do not feel good that you told him everything. So I had to come and take care of my child"
With all of the excitement I forget that Jo couldn't have come here into this house all by herself. It was Seonghwa who called her and picked her up at the airport.
"He's cute like really cute. Why don't you date already?"
"I'm intimidated by all the older girls he hangs out with. They also seem to dislike me and you know how scared I am to confess my feelings for someone. In addition I'm not sure if I'm ready for dating someone again"
"You know what forget cooking by yourself. Let's go order food and watch dramas. Maybe I'll learn Korean through them", Jo follows me to the living room where I connect my IPhone to the smart Tv so we can watch something.
"Before we start I'll have to change into something more comfortable. Show me my room"
While Jo goes to change her clothes I order a pizza. I still can't believe Seonghwa called her to make sure I have someone who I can talk to. I make my way to his room and knock on the door.
"Hey. Did I make you happy?", he asks opening the door for me to come inside. This is the first time I'm in his room and it's quite cozy. The tall boy takes a seat on his bed and stares amusingly at how I look at his man cave.
"Yess and I'd love to thank you for that once again", I mumble sitting down next to him. A smile spreads across his face making me melt. I love his smile the way his eyes twinkle and how his lips look attractive. When he notices how I observe his facial features his face heats up. Why is he so cute?
"We ordered a pizza if you want you can join us watching dramas", I suggest.
Downstairs Jo is looking through the dramas. "I don't know what to pick. My ID is Gangnam beauty or Weightlifting fairy Kim Bok joo or Top management. Then there's also Meteor garden and a love so beautiful and please take my brother away but they're all Chinese", she whines.
"Let's watch My ID is Gangnam beauty since Cha Eunwoo is acting and he's your celebrity crush", I suggest and she agrees.
Right on time Seonghwa comes in with plates and the pizza we ordered. He takes a seat next to me and joins us watching and eating. Every time Eunwoo is on screen Jo screams. I love her I really do and I've never been so thankful for having her in my life like now.
"I'm guessing she likes Cha Eunwoo?", Seonghwa asks amused.
"Like is an understatement she loves him. She said if she gets married to a Korean then it's Cha Eunwoo or BTS' RM", I smile.
This is how we spend the whole day just being lazy eating and watching dramas. The best part of it all is that I have two amazing people next to me.
