Part 23

You woke up in your bedroom that you now share with Michaela. You must have fallen asleep, all that crying must have tired you out. You could hear muttering from the living room, and it was Lydia and Michaela talking.

"What a douchebag..." Michaela sighed.

"I know. She doesn't deserve this..." Lydia replied.

You decided to get out of your bed and go and say hi. You were a little nervous because you didn't want the girls fussing over you. Eventually, you walked out and walked towards the kitchen.

"Hi..." You said quietly.

"Oh my god, Y/N. Are you ok?" Both Michaela and Lydia got up and ran towards you. You quickly pushed them away.

"I'm fine." You snapped. "Please don't fuss over me."

"Oh, um... of course." Lydia said, shocked.

"Thank you." You replied. You walked into the kitchen and made yourself a cup of tea and walked back into your bedroom. You saw that your phone was left on the bedside table. You cosied back into bed and picked up your phone. You had many messages from Reece, apologising and telling you to come back, but something caught your eye. You were tagged in a post. It said that the boys were writing a new song, and the title may have got leaked. Start Over Again. You gasped and turned off your phone. You knew it was for you, from Reece. He must have told the boys all about you, and how you broke up with him. Now the fans knew that the rumours were true. You and Reece were dating, and you broke up with him. You wondered what would be going through the fan's minds at this point.

"Why did you break up with Reece?"

"What did he do?"

"How did you both get together in the first place?"

And the main question that was running through your mind...

What did the fans think of you? Have they accepted you? Or do they hate you? You decided to look through your phone at the posts about you and Reece. It was risky, you may have received lovely comments from people, or just some basic hate. Your stomach twisted as you opened Instagram, looking through fan pages...

A few minutes later you put your phone down, and sighed. Your mind was racing with the hate comments that you saw.

"Reece is mine, BACK OFF."

"Ew... who is this and where has she suddenly come from?"

"No, I don't ship it, sorry."

Your mind pushed away all the kind comments. There were so many, but you didn't focus on those.

"OMG I LOVE HER ALREADY!"

"I ship this!"

"Ok, she's stunning. @newhopereece who is she?! I NEED TO KNOW!"

"Awww I love this so much wow."

"YES REECE!"

And those were only a few... That's when you finally realised. Some people will hate on your relationship with Reece. Not everyone will love the idea of you guys being together. There will be hate comments whether you liked it or not, you just needed to focus on all the positivity, because there was so much of it! Your phone was blowing up with messages about the suspected new song, "Start Over Again". Little did you know it would only be a matter of days before it was released, for the whole world to hear...
