Kidnapped by a Sexy Angry Alpha

CHAPTER # 37

Agnis's POV:

Our lips were almost 0.2 inch apart. I was breathing heavily and he was just constantly looking at my lips. Our lips were about to break the barely left space between them but just then a thunderous knock met my room door. We instantaneously moved apart. I moved the layer of hair from my face to the back of my ears and looked down in embarrassment. I moved my body a back and just did a little 'ah ah'. I glanced at him and he was also getting nervous and embarrassed.

"Ah... Um... Actually... Ah... I-I gotta check-on the door" He said nervously. I just simply nodded still my face bending down. I started to play with my fingers in nervousness. I was still breathing heavily but also, on the other hand, calming myself down. He walked towards the door and swung it open after which we realised the people knocking were Dalis and Hoyt.

"Hey. What took you so long to open the door?" Hoyt said.

"Yeah. Is something wrong Aaron? I mean is anything wrong was going to happen in this room?" Dalis asked sarcastically.

"Yeah..." Angry bird said and I looked at him with my widened eyes. He then continued quickly, "No. No. Not at all. Hahaha what wrong would happen here, Dalis. Nothing. I was... Um... just bandaging her wounds. They're deep you know. So... It took time"

"Hmm... Okay okay. Then why am I thinking that you are a little bit nervous right now?" Dalis said suspiciously.

"Nervous? Ner- Oh come on. I am... not nervous. Not at all. Why would I be. And Agnis is also not nervous. Do you?" Angry bird said anxiously and turning towards me. I can say watching his eyes that he was hell nervous. Dalis also turned towards me.

"Um... Yeah-I mean no. No. I am not nervous" I said breathing heavily.

"Hmm... But Dalis didn't asked about Agnis, Aaron. He just asked you" Hoyt said suspiciously. Dalis curled his lips in to a thin line and sighed.

"Ah... Yeah. Yeah. He didn't asked about her. But um... I thought he asked me so now he will also ask her. So... Um... I gave the answer before the question is delivered. Simple" Angry bird said sighing at the end.

"Yeah okay. Fine. Agnis, how are you feeling now? Huh?" Dalis said while walking towards my bed.

"Um... Yeah. I am good. I mean I'll get better" I said and smiled.

"Hmm... Good" Dalis said smiling back.

"Her burnt wound is still left to be bandaged. So please proceed out so I can do my work" Angry bird said.

"No. I mean, we are here. Bandage her" Dalis said and I can see on Angry bird's face that he was getting irritated as well as angry. He looked at me and I blinked my eyes slowly just to calm him down. He once again sat on my bed and applied the cream on that burn mark. I cried in pain but then after a minute or two that cream gave a cooling effect which soothed me. I closed my eyes in relief. Dalis and Angry bird stood from my bed.

"Hey. Now get some sleep" Angry bird said looking at me and biting his lips. I considered that action as a flirty guy trying to seduce me. He immediately looked down and stopped biting his lip as if he heard every word which I just said in my mind.

"Yeah. Rest for a while. But do come for lunch. You need some nutrients" Dalis said smiling. I nodded and laid down on my bed with my blanket covering up my body till my neck. They all walked out and shut the door behind.

Aaron's POV:

We walked down the stairs and I saw my dad still sitting on the couch with Megan, Fage, Benken and Mack surrounding him in a semi circle. I wasn't in a mood to talk to him so I started walking quickly towards the main door.

"Aaron" Dad said. I stopped then and there but my back facing him.

"Turn and sit here. We need to talk" Dad said seriously. I sighed looking at the roof and turned around slowly. Dad evinced at the couch and raised his eyebrow ordering me to sit opposite to him. I slowly walked to the couch and landed there.

"So dad, talk" I said with a fake smile.

"Hmm... The thing happened there... You know it is against our Wolf society rules. You guys cannot fight some other pack boys ten days before APFC and not specially at the clearings. But you all did..." Dad said and I broke him up:

"Dad. I know that. I know I am the future alpha and I should stick to rules and regulations. But... First of all that location wasn't set by us. They set it. And secondly they started the violence. They hurt Agnis. Really very badly. They shouldn't have done that to her. I know she doesn't belong to our pack but she is ours. They haven't got any right to hurt her whether or not she belong to our pack. In my opinion we did nothing wrong" I said explaining.

"Yes Mr. Caden. I agree with Aaron. They hurt her. We just retaliated" Dalis said. I looked at all of them and they were also nodding in agreement.

"Hm... I see. Fine. I consider all of you as immaculate. But Aaron, and all of you, keep one thing in mind. Tomorrow is APFC. And I want Agnis to stay inside. Get it?" Dad said raising his eyebrow.

"Definitely" Megan said surely.

"Good" Dad said smiling at her.

"By the way dad, why did you came back? And how did you came to know all this kidnapping scene?" I asked in confusion.

"Ahh... Son... I thought that this is my last APFC as an Alpha of the pack. So I came here to fight. With my pack. And secondly when I came here I found Megan in the house. She was going out of the house. I asked her the whereabouts of all of you. She wasn't willing to tell me but I requested her to be honest and she told me everything. She was coming to help all of you. I let her go and had a drink but then I realised that something bad can happen so I also made way there. And as predicted, something bad was about to happen" Dad said. We all looked at Megan and she looked at us with a why-are-you-all-looking-at-me face.

"So dad. Tomorrow you'll be in?" I asked.

"Yes of course. I am in. I am the alpha and my one bite can help you guys much. So I am in. Okay. I want some rest. If you guys have any problem regarding APFC, do approach me" Dad said standing up from the couch.

"Yeah sure, Mr. Caden" Mack said smiling.

"Okay. By the way, Aaron, do take revenge from them for Agnis's every single tear. But... tomorrow" Dad said while walking towards the stairs and winking at me.

"No need to say that dad" I said fiercely. I looked at all of them and we all smiled cruelly...

KBASAA!!! Hmm... So this chapter was a little boring and short. But in next one a cute convo between Agnis n Aaron is coming up. So stay in touch for the next update. And Of course you guys weren't able to have that kiss. But there are two possibilities:
1) It could happen later.
2) It couldn't be.
