CHAPTER # 20

Agnis's POV:

I was sitting on my bed with my pillow in my hands. I glanced the watch and saw it was 11:30 in the morning. Almost lunch time. I was a little hungry. I didn't bother to have my dinner last night as I was busy thinking about something. Which was Why were they fighting yesterday? Why Angry bird didn't allowed me to look out of the window? What is it they are hiding? Yesterday after giving me coffee Megan didn't showed up later. I was wondering just then the door swung open and Megan came in.

"Hey" She said.

"Hey" I replied smiling.

"Are you okay now? I mean how are you dealing with that dream thing?" she asked while moving her hands.

"Yeah-yeah I'm good. Thanks" I said shaking my head,

"Oh Okay. By the way I am sorry. After giving you coffee yesterday I didn't showed up to you. Actually Fage asked me out. So we went for a long drive and dinner" She said shyly.

"Oh no its... Its okay. By the way that's too cute. You two went out. That's awesome. You guys are so adorable" I said widening my eyes and smiling adorably.

"Oh thanks" She said while bending her face down and pulling her hairs behind her ears and smiling.

"By the way. Its lunch time. Come down" She said.

"Yeah yeah I am coming. But Megan I wanna ask something" I said.

"Yeah ask?" She said while sitting on my bed.

"Ah... Its just that. I am wondering about yesterday. Megan I saw you guys were fighting and their were many other people too. What was that?" I said.

"Ah... Agnis... Umm actually. You know I cant tell you. I am not allowed" She said hesitatingly.

"But why not allowed?" I asked with a confusing look.

"Umm... That also I cant tell you. But Aaron may answer. You can ask him" She said.

"Ahh... Okay... So I am coming downstairs in a minute. Okay?" I asked smiling.

"Yeah okay. And I am sorry for not answering your question" She said in apologetic way.

"No no its okay" I said smiling. She smiled back and walked out. I got up quickly and tied a ponytail. I went downstairs and headed to the dinning hall. I got inside and saw all of them sitting except Mr.Caden. Angry bird looked at me and observed me for a second. Then said while taping the seat beside him:

"Come here. Sit beside me"

"No. I will sit beside Megan" I said while walking to the seat beside Megan.

"Come and sit here I said. No arguments" He said while putting his spoon down.

I gulped and looked at him frighteningly. Those words which Angry bird said before of not disobeying him echoed in my ears. To avoid his anger I quickly got to the seat beside him. He smirked at me and I sat there uncomfortably.

"Aaron. What's wrong if she would have been sat with Megan?" Dalis asked Angry bird.

"I want her to sit with me" He said raising her eyebrows up.

"Okay where is your dad Aaron?" Hoyt asked Angry bird.

"Ahh he is gone to office. He'll have his lunch there only" Angry bird said.

I sat there quietly and looked at Aaron. He looked at me and smirked. Then I bent my face down.

"Are you okay? I mean are you still scared about that dream?" Angry bird whispered to me while leaning.

"Ah... little" I whispered.

"Oh okay. But by the way don't be. Chill" He said while smiling sweetly.

I bent my face down. He also looked away. He's not that bad. But he hurt me before on hand and he also scares me. So he is bad. I thought. After having lunch we all stood up and walked towards the hall. Angry bird started walking towards the stairs but I held him from the elbow and said:

"Ah. Aaron wait" He looked at my hand holding his elbow and then observed me for a second.

"Please? I want to talk to you" I said.

"Okay. Talk" He sigh and turned towards me with his hands crossed across his chest. There were all of them. I think it would be better to talk in front of all of them. I thought.

"Actually Aaron. I was wondering something"

"What?" He asked.

"Ah... Actually... I ah... I saw something yesterday. Something really confusing to me. I saw you guys were fighting in the garden area. Shirtless" I said.

"Hmm... So?" He asked while putting his hands by his sides and widening his eyes. They all were looking at me with a you-shouldn't-have-ask-this-question face.

"So... I thought if you can tell me why you guys were fighting...?" I asked frighteningly.

"Why? You are my friend?" He asked moving one step towards me.

"No" I said while moving one step back frighteningly.

"You are my girlfriend?" He asked while moving one more step toward me.

"No. No" I said while moving one more step back frighteningly.

"So my wife?" He again asked while moving one more step toward me.

"No. Never" I again replied moving one more step back frighteningly and gulping.

"Then why should I tell you little detective?" He asked while moving quickly towards me. I moved back quickly and said:

"Oh. Okay. Don't tell me. Don't tell me"

"Good. Never ask me questions which is none of your business" He said pointing his fingers in front of my eyes.

"Okay. I will not" I said slowly. He looked at me and walked quickly to the stairs. I stood there playing with my fingers in embarrassment. They all walked away. He is so rude. Why? i thought.

KBASAA!!! oh Aaron being rude. Will she ever be able to get to know what they are actually? Or not? Questions are many but answer is only wait ;) So till then stay blessed and enjoy :) :) :)
