Anxiety is something that needs to be discussed in society here are the symptoms of anxiety.
If you suffer from anxiety don't doubt to speak about it reach out to someone it can be your friends, parents, teacher.
Another method you can use is writing... try to write your feelings it could be in a notebook or even on your phone notes it doesn't have to be perfect. Just start writing and don't pay attention to it, then read it again so you can see what was on your mind is like having a conversation with yourself
Make yourself these questions while you are witting:
-How do I feel?
-What's on my mind?
-What is bothering me?
-What events occur this week that brought me to this moment of desperation?
-Is there a solution?
-Is it dangerous if I keep it to myself?
Make yourself questions like that and when you read everything that you wrote even if it doesn't make sense and sound childish do it, it will help.
