1) Using a Journal can help you organize your ideas it also, can help you planning your day ahead.🌟
2) I know that sometimes when we are having a conversation we just want to say our opinions, but we often forget about the other person's opinions so let's listen and analyze what the person we are having a conversation with, has to say.👂
3)Eating healthier or just making better choices when it comes to what we consume. It doesn't mean we have to stop eating what we love. 🍴
4)We often stress about the things we have to do and we want to do them all together withouth following an order or focusing at one thing at a time , doing things one at a time will help us learn how to approach situations in a better way.😵
5) It may sound selfish but think about what you want to achieve at the end of whatever you want to do. What are your intentions with this task,goal, situation how it will affect you?, how that would be a benefit to you.😸
6) Is good to get away from social media once in a while. i personally have done this and it makes me feel better. You can even create conversations with you loved ones. 📱
