Sea

"Where there is hope, there are trails"
We sat on the beach, watching the waves flow and crash onto one another. The smell of salt, and having no cares filled the air. Running my hands through the sand, then letting it seep through my fingers, I took a deep breath in.

"Jonghyun..." his head turned towards me then smiled. "Yes y/n?" He said cocking his head like a puppy.

I turned to face him...I started to lean closer to his face. He started to turn red, as his lips parted. Inches away from our lips connecting, I whispered "your breath smells of fish." Then I got up and ran away.

"YAH! HOW COULD YOU INSULT ME!?"

He got up and ran towards me. I knew he is a fast runner so I ran into the ocean. Once I began to swim, his hand grabbed my foot, pulling me back onto the shallow sand. He help me stand up, then picked me up and threw me onto his shoulder. Taking a few steps into dry sand, he raised his hand up to my butt and spanked me. "HEY! I didn't hit you, so why did you hit me?" I said pouting my lip.

He sat me down, "No you didn't hit me, but that doesn't mean you teasing me cant hurt me." Jonghyun said while placing me down and turning to facing me.

"How did that hurt you?" He sighed, "You said my breath smelled of fish, then you didn't let us kiss."

"Aww, Jonghyun." He let his head fall down. I took his chin, lifted it up so he could look me in the eyes. Running my thumb across his lip, I stared deeply into his eyes. "I'm sorry hyun" is what I said before kissing his chin.

Right when I pulled away from him, he quickly grabbed the back of my neck and softly placed a kiss on my lips.

As I pulled away once more, he smiled. "I've been needing that for a while now" he chuckled.

I tried to look anywhere else then at him, but the sun shining gold on his face made him look irresistible.

I took my phone out and took a picture of him, setting it as my background after.
"Why did you do that?" He asked with a wide grin on his face.
"Because I need to treasure beauty when I can. Soon enough everything is going to go extinct, then there's going to be no true beauty on this earth."
He was at a loss of words.

I staired at him as he lowly drifted. Grabbing for his arm only made him dissapear further into the ocean.

Why are you leaving me?
