Chapter 15: The End
3 years later
"I'm so in love with you". I say to Hope as she rocks our newborn son Carson back and forth on her shoulders.
"Really?, why?". She asks with a smile.
"Because here you are, just two weeks after having a C-section , standing strong and holding our newborn baby". I walk over to her, admiring how strong she is.
I lay my head on her shoulder. The free one of course as she sways her body from side to side. I gently wrap my arm around her waist because I didn't want to end up hurting her stomach where she had gotten cut.
"He's so beautiful". She says bringing Carson down from her shoulders and into her arms gently. She was a pro at this mommy stuff. "He took your brown eyes and your nose and your lips but my hair texture and head shape".
"Meaning he's going to have a huge head". I laugh as well as she.
I love her laugh. I love her . Making me a proud father and a husband to such a great woman was the best gift I could of asked for. I've been by her side through remission and she's been by my side through therapy after the coma. She's my forever and my backbone and I couldn't wish for anything more. I walk over to the shelf and took her Diary down.
"Haven't did one of these in almost 3 years". I say to her.
We both walk over to the coach . Taking a seat as I open the pen and her Diary.
"It's been so long, how do you know what to write?".
"I think I have a few ideas".
Dear Diary,
Today my son turned 2 weeks old. Hope and I brought home a beautiful baby boy named Carson Alexander Johnson. He's absolutely beautiful and looks just like me. Hope calls him my twin day in and day out. But what makes having a family beautiful is the journey it took us to get here.
When I watched Hope ring that bell showing the world that she beat cancer. When she stood by my side through therapy and helped me walk again. The steps it took to start this beautiful family. The long nights , the days we spent trying to find our dream home, finally buying that home and fixing it to our liking. I couldn't have wished for anything better.
While in that coma, all I could think about was the fact that I lost the love of my life. I get empty without her. Coming out of that coma gave me a wake up call. It showed me that sometimes, you have everything you want right in front of you. And it takes losing a person or thinking you lost a person who is so special to you that figure out the meaning of life.
The meaning of life is having someone who will remember and cherish every single moment you have from every flaw you show them to the end of time. It's trust and believing in that person no matter where life brings you . It's never giving up Hope and remaining strong when you feel that life is miserable. It's not if life gives you lemons, make lemonade. It's when life gives you shit, you never lose faith in who you are as a person. Love yourself, find yourself, trust yourself and you will only be rewarded with the reality that only you can give up on yourself.

"That was absolutely beautiful baby". Hope begins to blush.
I pull her closer to me, gently grabbing her face and kissing her sweet lips passionately. I then look down on to my sleeping son and kiss his forehead.
"I love you so much Carson Alexander Johnson". I look up to Hope. "I love you so much Hope Amelia Johnson".
"I love you so much Caleeb Anthony Johnson, forever and always". She replies kissing my lips.
"Forever".

Well !!! This book is finally done. I wanted to try to go to 20 parts but I couldn't you guys . Caleeb and Hope's story has come to an end.
We all cried the first book now we can laugh and smile and know that they are both happy and true love does exist .
Book will be edited if any mistakes were made .
