So if you follow my main art book (artBASURA) you would have already seen this character, but I want to post him here anyway.
Nebula is a pirate captain. After the "Shattering", or the earthquake that destroyed the landbridge, he collected a bunch of survivors into a crew. They survive by stealing from the others and terrorizing them. He lost his eye in the Shattering when a wildfire started.
