This is and isn't your typical medical-genius-MC historical fiction. No reincarnation, no top doctor/assassin previous life. Haven't seen any overbearing possessive male lead. Just a teddy bear of a father, his dedicated subordinates, his strictly-raised sons, and frequent descriptions of our MC's flawless, young appearance (jade skin, peach dimples, Phoenix eyes, etc.).

I find this novel very cute. Her 'father' (not his biological father) is kind and gentle towards our child female lead but very strict on his sons lol. As stated in the summary, FL saved the great general marquis and she asked to be his daughter, of course great general is very happy. FL is a princess but hides her identity.
The sons of Great General Marquis thought that FL is an illegitimate daughter so yeah...they treated her so-so. But don't worry, they become fond her.
There is one time that one of them is punished because they didnt protect her. There is a fight going on and FL fell onto the water and got sick. Father got very angry😠.
All I can say is MC is very cute. You should give it a try. Sadly, there's only 9 chapter. Looks like you gotta wait.
