Just to say that things are made up example like the plot, places of names.

Melbourne, Australia

Rose POV
———

I was 8 when the last time i saw my parents. I didn't cry at the funeral. I just had no expressions. Maybe because i had no memory about them. My aunt told me that they died on a car crash...

I was taken by my aunt, Park Bom and moved to Australia. She became like my second mom, but the more i grew the more i started wanting to know about my parents. My aunt would change the subject every time i mention about them.

I turned 13 when i wanted to know what really happened to my parents. Everytime i ask they turn me down saying you're too young. That's just a dumb excuse. I finally gave up when i turned 14. It's no use since they would always say the same thing.

I'm 24 years old now. I was taken by a famous and strong police station. Lots of people who wants to be a police always try to get to AFP (Australia Federal Police). Even though i had 4 years of training, they saw potential on me. 2 months of being in it, i ranked really fast to one of the highest rank.
(I made that up)

I was called to the office. I dont know if i was in trouble or it's something with work. As i got in, i saw our chief. He looked like he was in his mid 40s, but he is actually 58.

I sat down on one of the brunette coloured chairs.

"So..." He shuffled through the papers on the table. "You must be confuse of why i called you." I nodded then gave me a paper.

"The South Korea needs more police workers." I looked at him. "You being from there and also being on the highest rank in just 2 months, we chose you to go their for awhile."

"I don't get why they need someone from a big organization, also this federal police. Why AFP? Don't we not usually do this?"

"Well Roseanne, you are right. Why would they need someone from a federal police, but there is a purpose." He took out a paper that was filed with documents.

"There had been a serious crime happening. Other foreign police had went there, but ended up dead or injured. This is a huge, but there is no lead for the crime that's happening. The biggest police station had got the mission, but they need help, the chief had personally had asked this police station to send someone. You aren't alone to go. Jennie kim will go with you." I was slightly relieved after that my close friend was coming with me. I nodded and left.

I was still a bit shock. I haven't heard about the news going around Korea. Maybe i closed my heart about Korea after when i was 16. Actually when i went to Australia.

I went to my office and packed my stuff. As i packed i saw a photo of me and my parents. The photo warmed my heart. The only photo that my aunt gave me that showed my parents.

The last time i visited them was when i was 14. That reminds me of when i accidentally bump with a guy who was probably the same age as me. He was holding ice cream and it drop to the ground and he started pouting.

It was really funny. I bought him another ice cream. We got to talk. Talking about him being adopted, then it was my turn. I told him about my parents dying, but i was fine.

Aunt Bom called me then he gave me a ring. A beautiful ring.

I would hold the ring and look at it to calm me down

I would hold the ring and look at it to calm me down. I don't wear it anymore, but i turned it to a necklace.

Seoul, South Korea

Author POV
———

It's a chaos at the station. Another victim had called 112 (i think that's the SK emergency #). It's one of the brutal crime.

"Do you know where you are?" Jisoo had asked.

"I dont know..." The victim whispered. "B-but i see a church, but it looks like it's abandoned."

Abandoned... Jisoo closed her eyes, then an idea had pop up.

"Miss can you see an alley which leads to another dead end?"

"Y-yes. Please hurry..."

"Is there stairs that leads to a higher ground?"

"Yeah..." Jisoo smiled.

"I know where she is. Send the police to the-" A yell of the lady in the line cut her off.

"Miss?! Miss!?!?"

"Found you." A deep voice answered. Jisoo stayed still, but she thought she's wasting time.

"Send Jungkook's department NOW!" Jungkook and other police came. As they drove, Jisoo was trying to hear more.

"Please! Don't hurt me!" A lady was pleading. "M-my brother needs me! Please!"

"Too bad. You already saw my face." A sound of a weapon hits the ground, or was it? Everyone widen their eyes of terror.

"MISS?!?!" Jisoo yelled really loud that her voice cracked.

Jungkook arrived at the scene 10 minutes later. There was a lifeless body laying down. He came closer and there was blood everywhere. He lift the white blanket and saw a very ruined face. Then Jin walked towards him.

"She was possibly beaten up." He said as he wrote something.

"She can't be..." Jin looked at him. Jungkook put on gloves and started investigating.

If she was beaten up, why is it only the face? He moved the head to turn left. Her head has a dent. He saw a tiny square that possibly dent it. He looked around and saw a trail of blood, he followed and so did Jin. It led to the dead end, but they found something. It was a pile of paper, they removed it and was shock.

"Blood..." There was a symbol written with blood. The same symbol that was written with the other victims that was killed, but can't find the killer, that also has no lead. Jungkook called Jisoo while Jin ran to tell the other detectives.

"Noona. It's another victim of the serial killer."

"Really? S-so the voice i heard was his?"

"What do you mean?"

"After before the victim died, i heard a deep voice saying he can't let her go since she saw his face already..."

Jungkook ended the call. I will find you no matter what.
