Every up has a down. Every high has a low. We all go through both good and bad in life. And we all experience them at different times. But downs are essential to life. Thanks to our low moments we can have higher highs. We all appreciate the sun more after a big storm. Life is no different. You appreciate the happy times a lot more after a rough patch.
