Brad's POV

"Come on, I'll take you back to the dorms," I whisper. Evelyn pulls away from me and sits in the passanger seat. The amount of sorrow I feel for this girl right now is more than I've ever felt for other girls I fucked over. I sigh and circle the car to get into the driver's seat, to get Evelyn far away from this house. I can tell how hard it is for her to see her father do all the things with her step-sister that he didn't do with Eve.

The ride to the dorms is spent in silence, I turned on the radio for Evelyn. She was leaning her head against the window, watching the streets and people we've passed by.

Almost two hours later, I pull up in the dorms' parking lot. Eve unbuckles her seatbelt and turns to me, "I'm sorry for ruining this day for you."

"You didn't ruin anything for me," I shoot her a reassuring smile, which she reciprocates and leans closer, kissing my lips.

"Thank you for coming," she whispers, pressing her forehead to mine.

"Anything for you," I smile, opening my eyes.

A few moments later, the brown haired girl pulls away and climbs out of my car. I watch as she disappears behind the doors of the building, then pull out of the lot and drive home.

As I suspected, my dad is waiting for me in the living room. He quickly jumps to his feet as soon as I enter the house and hurries over to me.

"How did it go? Did you talk to him?" he asks, making me roll my eyes.

"Yes, I did. He wants to meet you," I say, my tone as harsh as I want it to be.

"Good," he pets me on the shoulder and disappears in the kitchen. I'm fuming with anger by now. He's such a fuck up. I know if Evelyn finds out about my agreement with my father, she'll leave me for good. I will totally understand her, but in a selfish way, I wish she would never leave me.

I hurry up in my room and slam the door behind me, locking it. I sit down on the edge of my bed, resting my face in my palms. I shouldn't be sorry for her. I never was sorry for anyone, but since she came into my life, a lot of things have changed.

I'm suddenly snapped out of my thoughts as my phone vibrates in my pocket. I take it out and smile like a complete idiot when I read Eve's message.

Eve: Thank you for coming with me. It meant a lot, really:)

Me: You're welcome:*

I put my phone on my nightstand and unlock the door, walking downstairs. I intended on eating that slice of cake I brought home, but my father is chewing on it when I step inside the kitchen.

"Seriously?" I huff.

"It's so delicious," he says. I roll my eyes and walk back upstairs to change into more comfortable clothes, then I leave the house. I drive towards the dorms, knocking on Eve's and Maggie's door. My dark haired friend opens the door for me with a smile.

"She's taking a shower," she answers my silent question. I nod, sitting down on Eve's bed and waiting for her to finish.

My eyes almost jump out of their sockets when my girlfriend walks out with only a towel wrapped around her perfect body. Her hair is wet and she's carrying some clothes, which are wet as well.

"Oh, hi," she shyly smiles, throwing her wet clothes next to their dirty ones.

"Hey," I smirk at her. I've seen her naked body almost every day since that night in my bedroom, but it still amazes me how beautiful and perfect she is.

"I, uh.. I'll be right back," she says, hurrying into the bathroom with new clothes. Maggie lets out a chuckle, not looking up from her laptop. I swear she's always on that shit.
