A/N

Okay, so I think I've decided how updating is going to go. I'm going to try for every other Friday. It sounds like that will work well. Thanks for the help. And, as always, thanks for reading thus far and I hope you enjoy the chapter now. :)

"Good morning, boys," Simon greet Harold and Louis as they walked into their special meeting with management, "What can we help you with today?"

It was time they were going to finally tell about their relationship. They were finally going to ask to come out. They, or at least an eager Harold, felt they were ready for the step.

Harry took the seat directly across from Simon while Louis sat in the identical tan, leather chair on Harry's left. The opposite side of Simon that sat two other managers of the band. What their names were, the boys didn't care. The assistants never stayed more than a couple months. They always saw it a waste to bother with names.

"We," Harry began with a smile to Simon and wink to Louis as he took his boyfriend's hand, "have a very important matter to discus. Starting with, Louis William Tomlinson and myself are in a relationship. And we would like to come out to the fans."

One of the assistants, whom of which was thought to be a woman with bushy black hair but with what looked like a few unattractive facial hairs on her petite chin, began to choke on air at Harry's request. The second assistant with thin whips of grey hairs and an oddly smooth looking face sitting next to Simon didn't react much better. While he did make a slight face at the news, he kept it reasonably together. Simon, on the other hand, stayed unfazed. He didn't look upset at all.... But he didn't look happy.

Simon cleared his throat and shifted forward to lean on his forearms as he studied Louis and Harry. From past experiences, Harry and Louis both knew how laid back Simon was. And how often the man would seem like he was going to say bad news, only to break a smile. This is what Louis believed was about to happen. He though Simon was just going to crack and agree with them that of course they can come out. No problem. Harold on the other hand knew. He knew what was going to happen before it actually did.

He knew, looking at the sadness in Simon's eyes as he opened his mouth that they weren't going to be able to come out. He knew Simon was going to pull the same bull $h!# line that all the assistants said when Simon wasn't around. How "sorry" they were that they had to say no. How they're only looking out for what's "best" for the band. How whatever it is, "threatens" the band's success. Harry knew those words would come out and he knew they wouldn't be followed by some joke punchline.

So, when they were said and the silence that he knew would follow because he couldn't form any words that wouldn't get him fired and Louis was still in denial, Harry stormed out of the meeting and just down the halls to a men's bathroom. There, he locked himself in a stall where he could stream angry tears while he held a death grip on a scarf of Louis' he had taken before coming. A grip that represented his hold on love for his boyfriend. The only thing keeping him from making a mess and physically fighting for what he wanted.

"Harry?"

His name being so softly called after the sound of the bathroom door opening pulled out the first sound he had made opposed entering the toilets. His name that rang from the tone of the one he so wanted. The one he cried for to do something for. The one he had lost once and was being pulled away from again but with a cruelty that he had to watch.

"Please, baby, come out," that voice begged, "Please."

Harry just shook his head through the still silent rivers of angry tears that poured. Though he knew he couldn't be seen, he still couldn't form any words.
