Area Zero : Volume I

Chapter 1 : Prologue

"What's the meaning of all these? All I ever found was this note with an address." Jack takes a deep breath and walks down a dark colony with walls covered with graffitis. The graffitis kind of resembles some boxers and logos of some wanted gangs.

"This is a weird place. Even these walls creep me out!"

He looks at the note again and shies. "Where am I even supposed to find this place? Area 0! Does that place even exist? I've been walking around these ridiculous streets for more than a couple of hours and all I see are these stupid graffitis and spooky looking drawings. I think the painter drew with his nose to draw such nonsense!" He stops for a moment, takes a deep breath and decides on walking back to his place. "I should better be heading back now. This seemed to be a total waste of time. Although I don't want to go back to that stupid apartment I seem to have no other choices."

He walks back through the isolated street but hears some screaming at him although he ignores the first two times.

"Are you deaf, kid? Or have you stuck a dick inside that cute ear of yours?"

Jack stops and turns back. He sees two huge guys with scars all over their face and body. They look same. Both of them are bald with huge heads, the only difference is that one has a mole on his left cheek and the other has the mole on the right cheek.

Their huge muscular bodies make him nervous but he hides it well.

Jack, hiding his nervousness asks, "what do you want?'

They laugh at him. "Look at that peepsqueak talk! He sounds like a mole running away from a dog!"

Jack gets frustrated. "The only moles I see is on your face, fat asses!"

They get serious now. "What did you say?"

They start walking towards Jack bursting their fingers and biting their teeth with faces that defines lust for blood!

Jack takes a step or two back. He looks around if he can run away. But for his luck, there is no way out. The only way out is to fight back.

The guy with the mole on right side tries a hammer punch on Jack but he dodges it. The guy's punch cracks open the street. "This is my chance!" Jack talks to himself. He tries to place a kick on the guy's face but earns a punch from the other guy. Jack flies away like a ball hit by a bat!

Jack hits the wall and the wall cracks. He is in pain but he still manages to get on his feet.

The guys speak up. "Looks like you've got some nerves, kid! If that punch didn't kill you, I appreciate your poor strength."

Jack gives a sarcastic smile. "Is that all you've got? It didn't even warm me up, dickheads."

They get furious. And screams- "twin brother Barra...."

"That's enough!". a huge voice thunders and echoes all around the area. The bald brothers gets on their knees and hands on their ears. Jack is in the same condition. Jack looks at the source of the sound. He thinks : "what monster can make that sound?" But to his surprise he sees a little man with a long beard wearing a pink cloak.

"What the..!? Who is that dwarf?"

The bald brothers bows in front of the tiny man. "Forgive us master. We are eternally sorry."

The old man speaks. "Timon and Simon. I've told you not to get engaged in fights outside. Don't you remember the legendary rules of our kingdom?"

"We are sorry master. We thought that kid is a trespasser or maybe an police officer."
