Chapter 9 : Jack and Ray vs SnakePits

“After two sensational matches we are now heading to the finals. The first match was won by SnakePits and the second match was seized by Area Zero. Now the grand finale will be breathtaking as Chad and Vienna faces off against Jack and Ray!”

Somewhere in the building….

Gon : You did well on your first match. Although we can't afford to lose in this match.

Jack : we won't lose, old man. Leave it to us.

Gon : I will. Don't bring your differences on the arena. Fight like you are a team.

Jack : after that match I think I can handle it.

Gon : good luck. The match is up next. Get ready.

Frankly : so we welcome you all to the main event now. Brace yourselves people. Firstly we have Chad and Viena from SnakePits.

(Chad looks furious as he walks down the ramp.)

Frankly: and their opponents, Ray and Jack.

Both the teams walk towards each other. They stand tall staring at each other with piercing eyes.

Frankly: so let's begin.. 3..2..1..and 0.. here we go!

Chad : why don't you just quit now? We promise you to spare your life then.

Jack : haha..why don't you say that you guys are freaking scared to fight us?

Viena : oh, is it? It'll be my pleasure to send you to hell.

Ray : so we're gonna talk all day?

“You asked for it!” Chad shouts and rushes towards Ray. He pours punches and kicks on Ray but Ray blocks his way through. “How do you feel now, Ray?”

Ray's arms are paining, yet, he smiles. “Is that all?”

“Are you kidding me? It's just the start!” Chad replies.

Jack dashes towards Viena but she slithers and reaches Jack's back. She grabs Jack's neck and starts squizing it.

“You didn't think you can win with one blow, did you Jack?”

Jack suffocates.

“Looks like your partner is in pain. Now it's your turn!” Chad mocks Ray.
“You wished it was!” Ray replies.

Ray dashes towards Chad and it's now his turn to deliver critical blows. Chad blocks all of it. Ray starts with a punch Chad grabs his arm. He uses his left arm but Chad grabs it again. He goes for the kick which is again blocked by Chad. “You are finished, Ray!” Chad screams and goes for a headbutt. Ray smiles and dodges it and delivers an enzuigiri on Chad's face. Both Ray and Chad falls to the ground.

Jack on the other hand starts grabbing Viena's hand and slowly gets free from her grapple. “It's impossible. You must have fainted by now!”

Jack : Oh yeah? You've not seen what I've been through!

He sets free the grapple and kick right on her abdomen. She flies away and falls. “Now it's my turn!” Jack comments and rushes towards her. Viena tries to dodge his attacks but receives a couple of punches.

Parallely, Chad and Ray fight continuously. “You're not bad!” Chad compliments. “No, I'm far better than you think!” Ray increases his speed and Chad receives a combo of punches and kicks. Chad bleeds his mouth.

He wipes the blood. “Surely you are something. But now it's over for you.” Chad looks at Ray with his faded golden eyes. The aura turns dark and even the audience feels it.
