Chapter 11 : Revenge or Rescue?

Jack opens his eyes with a blurry vision. “Where am I?” He thinks. He looks around and see some blurred human figures talking. He looks all around him. “What is this place? Is it some kind of a godown?”

He tries to move but his hands are tied. “Crap!” He tries harder but it's useless. He sees someone walking towards him. “So you're awake!” The man talks.

“Who are you?” Jack asks.

Someone pours a bucket of water on his head. His vision gets cleared. He sees the man. The man has one half of his face burnt!

“What the hell is wrong with your face?” Jack yells.

“So you too ha? Everyone notices my face only but never asks who I am! That hurts you know?” He replies.

Jack : absolutely. You've got a face like that. Not my fault.

The man: I guess you are right.

Jack: so what do you want? And where's that bastard who brought me here?

The man: oh you mean Fuda? He is not here now. He went for an important duty.

Jack: tell me, why am I here? What do you want?

The man: what I want is simple. We want you to bring us a certain someone.

Jack: and who might that be?

The man: one of your allies. Ray Xong!

Jack: Ray? What do you want him for?

The man: you don't understand, do you? You asked me what the hell is wrong with my face right? "Ray the hell" happened to my face. He did this to me! And I want him to pay for what he did.

Jack: Ray seriously got some serious issues.

The man: bring him to me and I'll spare your life!

Jack: sorry ashtray. But that's not happening. I'll not sell out any of my allies just to stay alive.

The man: what did you say?

Jack: just what you heard!

The man gets angry and hits him on the face hard. “You son if a bitch!”

Jack bleeds but smiles. “I love your sweet punches!”

The man stares at him frustrated and he looks back with a wide smile.

Natalia reaches Area Zero exhausted and hurt. She sees everyone and shouts. “Guys, we've got a problem.”

Everyone sits in the meeting except for Ray.

Gon: so Jack has been kidnapped by someone and we don't know who.

Natalia: yes. Although I remember his face. He was huge and strong with small eyes and big forehead. He had a front tooth missing.

Gon: so ugly!

Natalia: be serious Gon!

Gon: yes yes. I don't know who that might be but someone should be able to help us.

Natalia: who?

Gon: the one who bunked the meeting.

Natalia and Catherine walk through an old hallway.

Natalia: I never knew Area Zero had this place.

Catherine: there's a lot of places where the members are not allowed to visit. This is one of them.

Natalia: then why are we here?

Catherine: because it's important and you got no problem because I'm here with you.
