- Monika is slightly toned because she's quite athletic and works out a lot.
- Yuri is fit as she does sufficient exercise.
- Sayori is thin because she has a high metabolism rate.
- Natsuki is quite thin because she is slightly malnourished.
- Both Sayori and Natsuki are slightly underweight.
- Though Yuri is graceful and fit, because of her large breasts, she finds it hard to do many sports. She just does whatever sufficient exercise and work outs her body needs so that she can stay in shape.
- Sayori's main exercise is just school gym periods, taking walks and running around a lot.
- Natsuki's main exercise is just the school gym periods. Sometimes she'll try exercising a little at home when her dad isn't around.
- Monika's best sports are tennis, badminton, and soccer/football. She's also good at track and field, volleyball and swimming. But she does decently well in a majority of sports.
- Natsuki doesn't play many sports because everyone complains that she plays too rough.
- Sayori isn't very strong and doesn't know the rules of most sports games, so she doesn't play much.
- Sayori and Yuri get very pressured under competition, so that's another reason why they don't particularly like sports.
- Sayori enjoys playing casual soccer/football. She also likes playing tennis, but only with close friends because she's no good at it and doesn't like to be insulted or made fun of it.
- Yuri occasionally does yoga.
- Yuri mainly does exercise that strengthens her back and shoulders and/or help relieve back pain or shoulder pain.
- Yuri is pretty good at archery.
- Yuri's also good at both ice skating and rollerblading.
