I know the girls heights have been 'confirmed' but it's just 'concept', meaning it's not exact. So I'd say it's okay to headcanon to heights of the girls. I feel like Yuri and Monika especially are too short. According to a quick short on the web, apparently the average Japanese woman is about 5'2" and American women are about 5'4"-5'6". If Yuri is truly 5'5", she wouldn't be considered so 'tall'.
- Yuri's height is probably around 5'7" - 5'10".
- Monika's height is probably around 5'6" - 5'8".
- Sayori's height is probably around 5'3" - 5'4".
- Natsuki's height is probably 4'11" - 5'0".
- If you have MC confess his love to Sayori in Act 1 and she hugs MC, in the cutscene you can see MC only seems to be an inch or two taller than Sayori. So he's probably around 5'4" - 5'6".
