Roman walked into the university's garden and his walk turned into a complete stop as he saw Ryker sitting on a bench with a guy. The guy had a shaved head and tattoos running down the length of his arms

Roman tried to get closer to them without being seen exactly. He went close to a group of people and blended in but he could hear Ryker and the guy's conversation

"I still can't believe it's you, you got so different Randy," he heard Ryker say

"Yeah I buffed up and tattooed up, but you Ry," Randy replied

"You're still as beautiful as ever, maybe more," Randy said and Ryker laughed

"You were always such a flirt Orton," Ryker replied

"I really did miss you Ry," Roman heard him say

"I missed you to Rands," she replied and Roman bit his lip as they hugged tightly

When he got to an empty corridor, he took out his phone and dialled Seth, chewing gently on his bottom lip as the phone rang

"Hey Ro,"

"Seth hey, this is a really off colour question but- do you know someone named Randy Orton?" Roman asked

"Randy Ort- is he here?" Seth asked and Roman nodded then he realized

"Yeah he's talking to Ryker," Roman revealed and Seth gasped

"Wow, he was Ryker's first boyfriend, she loved him alot. Then one day, he told her his dad had gotten transferred and that they were moving to Missouri and they couldn't do the long distance thing, so they broke up, on good terms and stayed good friends," he told Roman who hummed

"Do they have any chance of getting back together?" Roman then asked

"No."

Roman's eyes widened when he realized Seth wasn't the one who answered, he turned around seeing Dean leaning against the wall, his eyes narrowed

"Seth I gotta go," Roman said quickly and cut him off without another word

"How uh, how much did you hear?" Roman asked nervously

"Whole conversation, you shouldn't have them on loudspeaker either," Dean replied

"I told you, I told you don't meddle with Ryker's life," Dean reminded

"I-" Roman began

"Besides, why do you care so much about her life?" Dean asked, genuinly curious

"Where's your girlfriend? Why don't you invest yourself in her life rather than Ryker's? You broke her heart Reigns, don't ever forget that," Dean said and pushed off the wall and walked past him, towards his next class, leaving Roman feeling horrible

Dean would never let Reigns hear the end of it. He broke Ryker's heart. That was the girl that Dean had been through everything with

He got into their dorm room around 7 at night and sat by the window with a beer can in his hands as he reminisced

He remembered the exact moment they had met. They were in kindergarten, they were about to have nap time and the teacher's couldn't find Dean's mat, so Ryker had offered to share with him. He remembered her since that day in her poofy pink dress and pigtails with big bows

Dean smiled the memory as he took a sip of the beer

Or when they were 12 and he got his first official boner, god he was so embarrassed, Ryker loved science so she told him that it was a natural thing and that it was nothing to be embarrassed about. And one year later, Dean was right there when she got her first period, he was so worried about her when he saw the blood but when he realized what was happening, he realized that she would be okay

Dean shook his head and chuckled, the breeze coming through the window making him feel comfortable

Or when they were 16 and had their first kiss with each other. It was the night of the Spring Formal dance and Dean had thought that Ryker wasn't going cuz she said she wasn't so he went because his mom had bought him a suit. When he got there, about an hour later, he had left. Only to see Ryker standing there in one of her dresses, a short plain one with her mp3 and they danced in his front yard. Before he knew what he was doing, he had leaned forward and kissed her

Then they had gotten together a month after the kiss and had lasted 8 months, before ending things mutually, they still cared for each other alot. Had all the love in the world for each other actually

Then they graduated together and now, here they were, in college. Wow.

Dean looked at the empty can in his hands and sighed, Ryker and him had been best friends for a long time.

The door opened and Dean turned his head, smiling when he saw her and he got up to walk towards her

"Hey Ry," he greeted and she pressed a kiss to his cheek

"Get dressed, we're going for dinner with Randy and his girlfriend," she told him and Dean was surprised

He had kept contact with Randy after the breakup because he and Randy had been good friends and for what he remembered, Randy couldn't move on from Ryker, guess things change.

"What time?" Dean asked, throwing away his can and opting for some water after

"Next hour," she replied, picking up her towel and nodding to him before going into her bathroom

Dean walked over to his closet and looked through his outfits, picking items that match and then showered

When he walked out of his bedroom, his jaw dropped when Ryker turned around, they were wearing the same outfit, black vest, grey leather jacket and blue jeans with holes in the knees, and their boots

"Well damn," Ryker said making Dean laugh and then they left to meet Randy
