I pull my leather jacket closer to myself becoming very irritated. I don't have a lot of patience. She should know that. "Get your ass outside!" I scream to my oh so lovely best friend Brynne. I hear snickering and know that she wanted to piss me off. "I'm coming, Erys!" She finally walks outside. "Do we have to train with them? I mean you hate them as much as I hate them so why do we even bother?" Brynne asks. "Because free training, food, Air conditioning, the list goes on. Plus all the pros weigh out the cons. Come on it won't be that bad. I hope" I mutter walking to my black Jeep. God how I love my Jeep. I hop into the drivers seat while Brynne gets into the passenger seat, not looking very happy about it.
God this place is beautiful. It's a beautiful old house with a fountain in front of it. There are people walking around, probably here to train too. Brynne gets out of the car and her short rusty brown hair gets in her face thanks to the wind. I snap a picture and she turns to glare at me with angry brown eyes. My light brown hair stops a little past my waist and my blue eyes shine in amusement. This'll be interesting.
"It wont be that bad, my ASS!" Brynne huffs climbing back into my jeep. "Ok yea never doing that again" I state turning on my jeep and driving back home. When we get back home Brynne slams my car door shut and stomps into the house expressing her anger and not so much talking about it. I sigh and get out, shutting and locking the doors in the process. I walk up the steps slowly allowing her to calm down somewhat. When I get in the house I see her glaring at the assorted hunting weapons on the wall. "Wanna go for a run?" I ask genuinely worried about what exactly those bitches and jerks said to her. "Please." she says and walks out the back door shifting into her rusty red/brown wolf. I go out with her and turn into my pitch black panther. These aren't just ordinary animals, we're easily bigger than horses. The moon hangs high above our heads as we race across the ground. We race through the trees, Brynne trying her hardest to stay ahead of me. It's an honest effort but I've always been faster than her. Don't get me wrong, she's fast, but I'm faster. We are in the middle of racing when something big crosses in front of us and we collide. I hit the thing full speed and let me say, that fucking hurt. I get up and shake it off. I hear Brynne and something else growling and I turn to see this huge black wolf with bright orange eyes staring back at us. I stalk closer to Brynne and snap at the werewolf. The humanoid wolf looks like it just got out of a fight and is breathing pretty heavily before it gets down on all fours, howls, and runs off.
