Chapter 10- The start of trouble

(A/N: hey guys I'm starting to get back into writing now so yeah..When I first started writing I had a different idea set in mind for it that I didn't like. So I took a really long break from writing and only writing small sentences and paragraphs every now and then. But then I decided why not let's change it up a bit so now chapters will be longer and I might make it so this more than one book. God I hate myself for taking so freaking long. Someone please pm me if I take longer than a week please.)

(P.O.V- Amelia's)-

'Well that went well.'

Knock off the sarcasm Lin it did go well.

  The rest of the classes went by smoothly but I haven't seen Hermione since Ron had made some rude comments. Dinner was coming up and still no sign.

As I was walking to the Great Hall I heard chatter that there was a girl crying in the bathroom. Maybe it was Hermione.

I gently push the door and poke my head through.

"Hermione? Is that you?" I ask quietly

"Amelia?" I heard a voice croak.

I made my way over to a slightly open door to see Hermione with her chin on her knee wiping away tears.

"Please tell me what's wrong." I say as I sit down next to her, well more like kneel, there wasn't that much space.

"Ron was talking about how I didn't have any friends after we left Professor Flitwicks class and as much as I hate to admit it, it really did hurt.."

"That pri-"

Before the sentence could be finished the noise of the door could be heard being swung open. Following the noise was a scraping on the floor.

I take a peek under the stall we were hiding in and see a massive troll.

"Hermione..you know those books on monsters and animals they had us buy."

"Yes.."

"So I believe there is a troll about 5 feet away from us right now and we will become dinner if we don't figure something out now." I explain the situation.

(P.O.V- 3rd)-

  After the boys, Harry and Ron, heard about the troll they rush off towards the girls bathroom in hopes to warn Hermione and Amelia. During this Amelia makes a plan with Hermione in order to make it out of the bathroom alive.

"I'll be the distraction you make sure you hit the troll with a Stupefy. Got it?" Amelia asks Hermione, to which she receives a nod for confirmation.

Just as they left the stall the boys enter and move towards the sink as they realize what situation they're in.

"Harry, Ron! Get your butts out of here!" Amelia shouts trying to get the trolls attention back on her.

"We're here to warn you about the troll..but..." Ron trails off as a club was swung in their direction but ended up demolishing the sinks instead.

The troll turns towards Amelia and raises the club about to strike however was distracted as Ron threw a piece of rubble at the back of its head.

"Hermione go over to that area. Now." Amelia instructs her trying to get Hermione away from the troll as she was in no condition to fend off an eight foot tall creature.
