Alpha Tobias POV

"There has been sights of a lot of rouges recently Tobias, I think they're looking for your mate, we all need to be ready for a fight no one especially not a rouge can take someone's mate from then this is a special case since Celeste has been through so much with this certain 'pack' of rouges." My father the head of the counsel spat out this word 'pack' since a pack was supposed to help in times of need and support all of the packs not cause a war, and not fucking steal my mate away from me again!

"The name of this pack is the red bullet rouge they have numbers but nothing compared to what we have so if we all band together, we can defeat these rouges. We had a scout in there for a couple years and my sister was taken when she was a little girl and my mate I'm sure with help they will... Hiss aahh." There was a sharp pain in my wrists. "For fuck sake Celeste. Sorry boys I have to go." I got up from the table and ran to the door and as soon as I was out if the door I shifted into my wolf and was sprinting home like there was no tomorrow.

'Mate is hurting. Go to mate. Mate is hurting herself. GO TO MATE.' my wolf was howling at me. With that there was the same stabbing pain on my hips and that just drove me on faster than I have ever gone before.

As soon as I stepped in to the territory it was pouring with rain and there was a thunder storm I knew this was a reflection of Celeste's current mood I need to get to her fast because she's hurting inside and out. I can't let her feel like that!

In no time I was back home I was the fastest alpha in America and Europe. I shoved some basketball shorts on and I couldn't be bothered with a top. I was sweaty beads of sweat were dripping down my chest and my hair was all sweaty as well but at this moment I could give a fuck. It was pouring rain so sweat wasn't really affecting me right now. I pushed my hair back and opened the door quietly and ran up the stairs without a sound when I got to my door I kicked the door open and slammed it shut breaking it in the process but right now I couldn't care less.

"What happened?" I could smell her blood and I hated that.

"Tobias your back. What do you mean what happened?" She got out of the bed and I could see some of her blood.

"What happened?"

"Nothing happened." I knew she was lying to me and I didn't like it one bit. I pushed her up against the wall. I was getting frustrated now.

"Let me ask you again." I took her hands and pulled then towards me flipping them over in the process and showing her, her own wrists. "What happened?" I said this time with a much softer tone of voice. With that she crumbled I pulled her against my chest and she let the tears flow and sobs she was holding back where released. She told me everything. Her dream, the way he threatened her, she's not being let out of my sight. I was fuming but I couldn't let her see me like that while she was in this state.

"Baby you have to promise me you won't cut." I started but Celeste interrupted me.

"You don't deserve me. I'm damaged goods, you deserve better than me. Look at me I'm pathetic." She not stable at the moment I can't let her slip in to the point of no return. It looks like I'm going to have to tell her about my accident a few years ago. I haven't spoken of this event to anyone other than the people involved. But I can't tell her yet that is a story for when she's stable again. Now all she needs to know is that I'm not going anywhere and neither is she.

"I know, I know it helps you feel less pain but it doesn't do anything for you trust me baby I know. I know pain and I know what it feels like, it's like you have no one in the world to talk to, you alone, but let me tell you my beautiful mate you never have to feel like that again, now you have me I'm always going to be there for you though the rain and though the shine all you have to do is tell me what's going on inside that beautiful head of yours. Tell me then it all gets too much for you. Okay? I need you to promise to tell me when that happened's because I will NEVER EVER give up on you."
