Chapter 10

Winter’s P.O.V

 “Ladies and Gentleman!” the M.C started. “All of your waiting has come to an end. First I would like to thank you all for coming in this spectacular event, thank you every one.”

“Hey, you ready?  (O . O) Caleb said behind me. Yeah, uhh when did you get here?” I didn’t even notice him behind me. He only chuckled at my surprise look.

“You look very beautiful Snow”

“Uhh…Err Thanks” I muttered under my breath while blushing but I think he still heard it.

“Well, I wouldn’t want you to wait any longer” the M.C said

 I took a deep breath “this is it” suddenly Caleb held my hand.

“Here we go” I don’t know if he said it to me or to himself.

“Let us all welcome, our contestants for the Mr. and Ms. Livingston Heights!!!”

Then everyone stepped out from behind the stage and ramped our way to the front stage. The crowd roared with enthusiasm

“Go Snow! Go Caleb!!!!! WHOOOOOOO!!!!! “I can hear my friends and classmates cheer for us.

Each one introduced their selves and now it was me and Caleb’s turn.  Hello Livingston University! Again the crown cheered I’m Winter Line Flare and I’m Calebriel Ross representing…….3rd year, Juniors! Then I gave them my genuine smile while Caleb winked at the crowd and gave his cutest smile the one where his dimples would really show. The crowd went crazy at that

Ahh! Dude she’s so hot!!

Go Winter! Shake that damn ass of yours whoo!!

When all of the contestants finished introducing their selves we went back to the back stage. Next was the sportswear, then swimsuit wear, and then it was now the talent portion. Many contestants did their talents some painted and some danced. Now it was our turn.

“You ready Snow?” he asked

“Ready as I’ll ever be.” He just smiled and took a deep breath.

“Next up to show us their amazing talents, let us call on contestant number 3 Winter Line Flare and Calebriel Ross!! The crowd again erupted in cheers. I took one last deep breath “here I go”I nodded at Caleb and we went out on stage together. I fixed the microphone that I will be using and he fixed his guitar. Yup he will be playing the guitar while I’ll be the one singing.

I looked at the crowd again and said “today we’re going to be playing: I have nothing by Whitney Houston

Actually I didn’t know why I chose this song, I just did. When I first heard it I was suddenly attached to it.

When the song ended I opened my eyes and the crowd started to cheer even harder. I looked at Caleb to see that he was also looking at me with a proud and sincere smile. I smiled back at him. In singing that song; I poured out every last heartache I felt. Both of us took a bow and walk to the back stage everyone congratulated us and they even said that I have a really nice and powerful voice. “Thank you”

“Snow!” (O__O) he hugged me. “You were really awesome!”

“T-thanks” I was now blushing like a tomato his body is really warm…then I went back to reality and pulled myself away from his tight comforting hug even if I really didn’t want to I have to.

“Umm…” I looked at him. After the Pageant, I was wondering if we could talk. Again I looked at him confused. He was now holding the back of his neck and his other hand is inside his pocket he looks really nervous.

“Uhh…Sure…”

Then he looked at me and said something under his breath which I didn’t understand. After our talk he went to the dressing room. I wonder what he wants to talk about…OMG is he going to tell me about him and Camille?!
