Chapter 6

Caleb’s P.O.V

When our fathers had enough embarrassing the shit out of us they went inside the house. FINALLY!

“Hey Uhh… are you okay?” I asked her. I know it was more embarrassing for her.

“I’m fine” she said, still hiding her face. I sigh “You know it’s really cool you haven’t had a boyfriend.” Then she looked at me like I lost my minds of something.

“And why is that?” I can really see the confusion written all over her face. Really cute

“Cause it means you’re strong. You put your studies first as your top priority and taking care of your family. Trust me I’m like you, I broke up with my past girlfriend because I want to concentrate with my work and studies back in France. Like you; I don’t want to disappoint my parents even when I’m given the freedom to enter into a relationship serious or not.” After saying that, she smiled. “Thank you”

“No problem” I smiled back at her.

Winter’s P.O.V

I was thankful for what Caleb said; I’ve never realized it that way. I’ve always thought that I was a loser ‘cause I put my responsibilities first. I thought I was the only one but when he said he was like me, I felt relieved. The thing I felt for him only depended when he opened up to me.

Today is now Sunday. Before Uncle Burt and Caleb left yesterday we’ve exchanged numbers, I don’t know if I’m going to call him or not, I mean I don’t want to be the one who calls first. I don’t want him to think that I’m like-

“riiiiing!!!” I checked my phone and saw who’s calling… (*0*)

Calling: “Sexy Caleb”

“He-hello?”

“Hey snow”

“Hey…Umm do you need anything?”

 I heard him chuckle “no, actually I just wanted to talk to you. My dad’s not here and I don’t have anyone to talk to so I thought about calling you”

“OMG he thought about me!” (*0*)

“Are you busy? I could call again if-“

“What no! I mean….I’m not busy so what’s up?” (^__^)

“Well I was wondering if you want to hang out,”

OMG is he asking me on a date?! Stop assuming Snow, he sees you as a friend, just a friends. So it would be like a friendly date “So are you free?”

“Yeah I’m totally free…where are we going?” :”>

“Anywhere you want”

“Okay…”

“Great so I’ll pick you at 3:00?” I looked at the clock and it was still 1:30 so I still have a lot of time to prepare. “Sure 3:00 would be great”

“Great, bye”
