Oh, Sophie...

My phone started ringing out of nowhere when I thought it was on silent, I let out a huge sigh and answered my phone as I looked straight into the camera that was in the middle of my ring light with the microphone right next to it,

"Jason, what do you want?"

"Calm down, man. Is this how you treat your friends?"

I heard him laughing,

"I'm not laughing, Jay. I'm actually filming a video. Some of us try to work while some of us are in University partying all night and waiting to finish their papers on the due date."

I raised my eyebrow in disbelief

"Of course you're talking about yourself, I never do my papers."

I hung up without even replying, put my phone on airplane mode and continued on filming my video,

"Thank you so much for watching, guys. I will see you next Friday! Don't forget to subscribe and turn on that little bell icon to get notified every time I post a new video."

I smiled for a few seconds, then got up and stopped recording, not only I had to edit one long video but I also had to cut out the part that Jay called me, I transferred the footage to my MacBook, but since I had two days until posting time I decided to not edit it right away.

I walked to my living room, a modern white and grey apartment in West Hollywood, that had a lot of fake plants in it, just as Hollywood has people, it was decorated with a lot of frames that had pictures of me and my girlfriend, Sophie.

I sat on my leather white L-shaped couch and turned on the tv, I put on Netflix and I started scrolling through my instagram feed, my favorite show, stranger things came on, I posted an Instagram story of me, my iced coffee and stranger things in the background, to my 4,6 million followers, the doorbell rang a few moments later and I walked up to answer the door,

"Hi baby. How was your day?"

My girlfriend let a soft kiss on my cheek as she smiled at me and handed me my favorite donut, she walked towards the kitchen that was in the colors of black and white with marble counters, she opened the fridge and poured some orange juice for her,

"It was good, I finished filming my new video a few minutes ago. I'm furious at Jason."

She tilted her head a bit and looked at me with a confused facial expression,

"What happened?"

"He knows I film my videos every Wednesday between 10 am and 2 pm and he still chooses to call me and interrupt me."

I took a sip of my coffee as I placed my donut on the counter,

"Well I have told you many times that he's an annoying spoiled brat."

She smirked, crossing her arms

"I never asked you to criticize my best friend for me, I just wanted to share it with you. Jason has been here longer, Sophie."

I turned around and walked in my black sweatpants and white shirt towards the living room, I sat down and she sat right next to me as she was holding a white pillow with YouTube's logo on it, she looked at me and pouted, she put her hand on my chest and gave me a kiss on my arm,

"I'm sorry, I just hate seeing you upset."

I let out a breath of relief, it was good hearing her apologise, I looked at her and gave her a kiss on her forehead, my phone started ringing once again,

"Hey Roman."

Sophie rolled her eyes and walked towards the kitchen again, she never liked him.
