"So where are we going?" Kai asked with a smile as he stared at him.
"It's a surprise," Camdyn replied back with a smirk.
"I don't like surprises," he said with a pout.
"Well, you'll love this one. I promise," he said with a smile.
The drive lasted a while as they sat in comfortable silence, hand in hand.
"Okay, we're here," Camdyn said after a while as he parked in front of a huge building.
"Are you going to kill me?" Kai whispered as he stared at the creepy looking building.
"No," Camdyn chuckled back.
"Camdyn, my man. So this is the boy who made you turn soft, huh," a guy covered in tattoos said as he came out of the building with a smile.
"Hi," Kai whispered as he scooted behind Camdyn in fear.
"No need to be scared buddy, I don't bite. Now are you guys ready?" he asked.
"Yeah," Camdyn said with a smile.
"Alright, follow me," he said as he walked through a door into the building.
"Where are we, Camdyn?" kai asked confused.
"We're at an escape room," he said with a smile.
They spent a couple of hours doing various escape rooms. Each one filled with laughs and jokes as they ran around solving small puzzles together.
"That was fun," Kai said with a smile as they walked out of the building.
"Yeah, and the fun is not over yet," he replied back.
The rest of the night was spent cuddling and having deep conversations as they laid under the stars.
It was perfection.
