Ch 2

2 am

Jane my allergy hommie: good night Jae, Sleep tight .

Jae's POV

I woke up at 4 am that morning. I couldn't go back to sleep even I hadn't slept that much. I was suffering really bad those couple days. Insomnia and my headaches were killing me and I had a collage project that I needed to finish and did but still exhausted. I'm just so messed up.

I started to have some trust issues because of her recently. I usually can talk easily to people and can get along but when it comes to her I'm too coward ,pathetic and hopeless but I really do hope anyone could feel what I'm feeling. Her. Nobody but her. Even if it's not right. But can't just someone take this suffering a little?

I got up from the bed and took a shower. I don't want to eat. I headed to my guitar and keyboard, connected them to the laptop and started to record that song I wrote recently. 'I need somebody' was its title. I recorded a small part of it then I decided to head to collage. I didn't want to punish myself with sataying at home and overthinking anymore.

I was walking in the garden but then I heard a call of my name. I stopped to see the commer and ... is that really her? Okay I think my day is gonna be made now.

I smiled at her as she came and stood exactly in front of me. "Hey did you sleep well? You look tired" she said.

Okay that's a wierd talk to start with but ... fine I guess?

"Kinda had a hard night but anyways thanks for asking"

"Can't you just sing yourself to sleep? I had a wonderful sleep because of you yesterday"

What?!

"I'm sorry Jane but what are you talking about?"

She looked at me at bewilderment but smiled and said "Okay you getting shy about that golden throat but it's okay. I'm your hommie now" she punched my shoulder lightly. I was really confused. How could she hear my voice?

"Wait, wait a minute .. Jane I'm so sorry I don't mean to be rude, but .. It's our first time talking today, do you have hallucination or something? What are you talking about?"

She looked very confused but then laughed awkwardly and said "Alright it's turning to be a bad joke Jae stop it please"

I tried to sound as serious as I could and replied "That's not a joke Jane. How did you know that I sing? did anyone sent you a record of mine or something?"

"What are you talking about? You sent me them"

"I'm sorry but I think you've mistaken me with someone else"

she had the expression of shock and replied in kinda of angry tone "No I didn't Jae, stop that "

"You need to pack your mind up, I never talked to you before. And where did you get the records again did someone hacked my computer and sent them to you?"

It seemed like I got a little too far with that as I saw tears forming in her eyes. I shouldn't have said that but she just talked that casually about having records of me singing and those I don't send to a lot of people.

"Okay, I'm sorry" I placed my hand on her shoulder "But what you are saying is real nonsense"

"We were together all day yesterday. You sat next to me in the literature lecture of group B and we took the guys and went out to the boba shop and the karaoke bar then me and you walked home together and we took each other's numbers then you sent me your records at night ... yeah look"
