One time while Canada and America were hanging out together, the two were messing around in a park. America decided to climb up a tree while Canada stayed on the ground to watch him. Alfred misjudged the strength of one of the branches and it snapped, causing him to fall onto Matthew. Matt's arm ended up breaking and he SCREECHED. Alfred brought him back to his home and called England for help on how to make a makeshift cast before he drove him to the hospital, which was pretty far away. The entire time, Alfred was ugly crying because he felt super bad about it. When they got back from the hospital, Alfred tried to make him some pancakes. They weren't as good as Matt's, but he appreciated the sentiment.
