After a long day of work Germany finds Italy lying in bed playing with his dog, Berlitz, he walked over and gave Feli a peck on the cheek before going for a shower. Afterwards he sat on his side of the bed and read his book, after Feli realized Ludwig hadn't said a single word to him he put the dog down and hugged Ludwig while burying his face into his neck which caused him to tense up.
"vhat are you doing meine Liebe?"
"Cuddling."
"Vhy?"
"You seem to be in a bad mood so let me cuddle you while you read." Feli said softly as the German began to relax and read his book. After noticing Feli was more still than normal the German looked down to see the pasta-loving Italian asleep on him. The german put his book on the stand and slid down till he was lying on his back and Feli on top of him.
Middle of the night
Ludwig woke up to Feli groaning and moving in his sleep, after trying to wake Feli up Ludwig decided to hug him till his nightmare was over. After 10 minutes the tiny Italian jolted up and started to crying and beg Ludwig to never let him disappear. Ludwig promised but reassured Feli that he wasn't going to ever disappear. Soon after they both fell asleep without another nightmare.
