Backstage was chaos. People running around, getting new dresses and more makeup or looking for an artist.
Hyejin started feeling more nervous.
She walked into red velvet's dressing room.
Her makeup artist and her stylist were waiting for her.

There was a knock on the door while hyejin was practicing her high notes.
she turns around to see the pd tapping her wrist to show that she's almost up.

she continued to walk to her table when exo interrupted her and started a conversation.

"I said what I said, and y'know, i gotta let him know that I'm happier now that im not with him" she says.
She walked away and pulled her chair out so that she could finally relax.
She felt some glares, not from fans, but from certain idols.
She ignored it and flipped her hair, then finally sat down.
Wendy was going to make fun of her when Hyejin looked up and stopped her.
"don't you even dare!" She said while playfully glaring at Wendy.
Yeri interruptes and asked "so how's he gonna react to you looking like this, and performing like that and singing that?" If you were far away it would seem like she just complimented her, but in fact she was a little trouble maker.
"I don't care." She responds.
This is going to be a longgggggg night hyejin said to herself as she turned to watch the rest of the performances, but not before informing the others that she feels like someone was burning holes in her back. Joy looks back with her intimidating look and she catches the group in the act. Irene turns around too, giving her intimidating look, that scares everyone but her group mates. The girls who were just caught in the act quickly turn around and Joy and Irene roll their eyes subtly, to make sure no cameras caught that, and turn around to watch the performances.
"thank you" hyejin says.
"no problem little one" Irene answers
"and besides, they are really starting to get on my nerves, how did they even become idols with their attitudes?" Irene says, while the others agree
"Whatever, let's focus on our careers, in the end, we're a group that's on top, and we're not going anywhere, anytime soon"
