Taking a deep breath of the cool air you studied the scenery that stretched out before you. A smile stretched over your features as you watched as the skies blended into stunning purples and deep blues as the sun sunk below the horizon. A soft breeze ran up your spine from where you had perched yourself. You took another deep breath of the chilling air and allowed yourself to close your eyes.

Sounds came dancing through your head some pleasant, others not so much, but no danger yet. You slid open your eyes again and studied the bright lights of the city before you. This was your home, a place with the highest quirkless population around. No one would really explain it, why so many quikless were born here, not that anyone cared. They cared more about keeping their peaceful community, and by that meaning banning heroes.

There was a long and arduous legal about it over the issue, but the city won with the simple message to the world.

'Heroes attract villains.'

Now, thats not to say that having a quirk makes you illegal, it is only the pro heroes and their agencies that were banned. So you aren't allowed to be heroic with your quirk at all. There are a few exceptions to this, as with all laws, but they are far and few between. So your home wasn't really a popular place within the media, in fact its more of a place that is forgotten among the constant stream of heroes and larger cities.

You perked a little when you heard the sound of shouting, eyes narrowing you shifted along where you were perched to lean a little more into the sound. Deciding to check it out you leapt down from where you were and took off through the night sky.

Now, the law doesn't stop a very select few of the small quirked population from trying to be the hero and keep their home safe. More often than not they are soon caught, but a few, like yourself, manage to fight off crime that dared rear it's head with in your home. Your kinda of vigilante justice was villainized in your home.

You landed on top of the building across from the shouting and settled your eyes on what was happening through the large window of the 24/7 convenience store. You watched the group of two men dressed in all black threatening the cashier. Gracefully you jumped down to the sidewalk and crossed the road and walked for the two glass doors of the establishment. You pushed open one of the doors causing the bell to ring making all attention turn to you.

"Is this a bad time?" You chuckled softly

"Get on the ground!" Shouted the one closer to you, obviously quirked with how bright his eyes were glowing

"How about you do that?" You stated

The man rushed at you with a knife and a fist. That was not the reaction you wanted from him.

Many of the vigilante heroes were dubbed 'Public Menaces' that were only there to get a thrill of trying to attract villains to battle. They had a most wanted list that would actively play on a large screen at the center of town. You got a kick out of seeing yourself on the list, it was a humorous thing to you, to be considered a menace for saving the town from the true monsters.

You shoved the knife welding man away just in time to dodge a gun shot that was aimed at your head. You grunted in pain when a fist connected with your face sending you slamming into the hard counter if the check out. A hand came down and smashed your face into the hard counter top. You grasped a glass penny tin and smashed it against the head of the gun toting one, who had smashed your head against the counter.

You kicked the obviously quirked one down one of the isles causing him to pull bags of cheap chips off the shelf. You whirled around to face the gun holding one who was scrambling to reload his weapon. He was a lot less of an opponent when he was scrambling and relying too much on his weapon. It didn't take long to subdue him in this state.

You heard the one you had kicked down an isle behind you and you whirled around to hit him. But someone bet you to the bunch. You watched in confusion as a large fist connected to the criminal's face sending him slamming against the counter ko'd.  You looked to the owner of the fist and were met with a shockingly large muscular man.

"I couldn't help but notice you needed a little help?" He chuckled grinning broadly

Before you could respond you heard sirens down the street

"Shit.."
