Chapter 5

Everything was nice and simple, it was nice out. People wondered from place to place in and out of stores. Midoryia wandered about with Iida and Uraraka, the young students chatting amongst themselves. 

¨Is it really true that this place banned heroes?¨ Uraraka asked curiously peaking over Midoryia's shoulder at the pamphlet he held 

¨Yeah, they advocate pretty big for it here. Says that the highest crime rates are cities that have a lot of heroes.¨ Midoryia hummed eyes scanning the pamphlet, ¨They want to go back to a simpler time before heroes, so most of the criminal arrests and investigations are made by the police.¨

¨So it can be assumed that the police force is one of the best around, I can see why All Might Sensei wanted us to see another way of life and understand their point of view.¨ Iida adjusted his glasses a little

¨So what if someone with a quirk decides to do bad things? How does the police force handle that?¨ Uraraka was genuinely curious, ¨Surely have have to call in a hero?¨

¨I don't think they do. This place seems really against heroes.¨ Midoryia stated

Their conversation was cut short when a loud explosion happened just around the corner. The trio was quick to rush around said corner to see what was happening. Uraraka's question was about to be answered. 

People were scattering away from the smoking area. There was a loud booming laugh from the area, causing midoryia to stiffen up worried. The young man glanced around worried his eyes settled on the three people wandering out of the smoking building, in an almost too casual manner. In their hold were bags of could only be assumed as valuables from the building.

¨You were right buddy! This is too easy no heroes to stop us!¨One cackled 

¨Oh no.. Deku what do we do?¨ Uraraka fretted 

¨We can't do anything, this place has a police force will handle it.¨ Iida cut in firmly knowing his friend well, ¨It would be against our better judgement to stop them.¨ 

¨We should get going boss, we should get counting our winnings.¨ One of the criminals chuckled lowly

Iida was quick to grab his friends arm, preventing him from jumping into action. But all three hero students were caught off guard when a large gush of wind whipped passed them. Within the blink on an eye the criminal's hands were empty and the bags were gone. 

¨What the? Who just did that!?¨ One of criminals growled

¨Well I did!¨ A cheery voice laughed, the owner of the voice seemed to just appear before the trio of criminals, ¨You're the ones who blew out a jewelry store, huh, I expected a little more, hmm I dunno something.¨ 

¨I thought you said there wasn't heroes here!¨ one snapped 

¨I was right! She isn't!¨ he shouted back 

¨Oh wow I'm offended.¨ She snickered, ¨Now I think you guys should just hand yourselves over, or you'll regret it!¨

¨I will not fall to a little girl!¨ One shouted and charged at her 

¨Your funeral!¨ She laughed 

¨I thought you said there wasn't heroes here Deku!¨ Uraraka watched the surprise hero easily fight the three criminals 

¨She isn't, she's too young, heroes are illegal here..¨ Midoryia mumbled

¨She is illegal look!¨ Iida pointed to a bright board just seen down the roads towards the square 

And there on the bright board was a blurry photo of movement of the hero before them below the words, 'Top Most Wanted'.

¨A villain hero?¨ Uraraka said in an almost worried voice

¨It appears so.¨ Iida said sliding his gaze back towards the trio of criminals now being tightly wrapped in some sort of cabling.

¨A vigilante.¨ Midoryia said softly
