"Well, what is your name?" I asked the male, narrowing my eyes slightly. "I want to know the names of the people I kick their ass, into next week."
He snorted. "Bentley. What's it to you?"
I had to keep try and keep a straight face. Oh my. Who in their right name would name a wolf Bentley. Beanie Bear, anyone? Huh? Huh?
My bark of a laughter, might've caught my brother's attention, since he turned to look at me and not at Beanie Bear. "What the hell? Do you want to go to hell?" he muttered, so that only I could hear hear.
I leaned my head back and laughed some more. Oh my gosh, I love my brother, sometimes. Doesn't he know by now, that I laugh at the face of danger? "Bentley, that's a great name," I said, sarcastically. I ignored his comment and smirked. "Beanie Bear for a nickname, I love it." Sarcasm laced my tone as I watched him.
I didn't trust Beanie Bear not to do anything. I mean come on, he's a Werewolf and I'm human. Yes, I'm supposed to be mated with one, and he's an Alpha. And yes, I have had training and love using my gun. But, he's still a Werewolf.
Bentley turned to look at Dean. "Are you going to let her talk to me like this? This mere human." He gestured at me, like I was some piece of shit.
I turned to look at Dean and saw that his eyes were glazed over. A small smirk appeared on my face, because I knew that look. "Awww, he's going down memory lane," I cooed a little swooning.
RayRay and Blake coughed, covering their laughter. I was the only one that could do that. Why? I've met Dean's wolf, whose name's Derrin (DerDer), and lived to tell the tale. I think I was around 22 of age and had already dealt with 7 or 8 years of rejection and pain. I didn't tell anyone, but I had slowly dying.
The pain of rejection hurts. It hurts more than anything people will ever know.
Derrin saw that and saw that I did want him to kill me, even if I didn't want him to. I didn't fear death. I kind of remember me trying to kill myself when I was really drunk. That didn't work out to well, and I don't know, I stopped trying to after maybe like the fifth attempt. Derrin helped a lot as well as Dean.
I blinked my eyes, to see a frowning Bentley. A smirk appeared on my lips. "What did I pull your tail?" I asked, raising an eyebrow.
Bentley rolled his eyes. "I was wondering if you had a death wish."
"I had a death wish when I was rejected, Ass hole," I said, a frown appearing on my face. I glared at RayRay and Blake as they growled a little in warning. "Let me handle this, you two," I scowled. They stopped growling, and I looked at Bentley.
"I dare to say, that you can't handle me by yourself," Bentley said. "You are just a human, with no powers whatsoever."
I narrowed my eyes and grabbed my pocket knife out of my pocket. I threw it at him, grazing his arm, as it landed in the tree behind him. An innocent smile appeared on my lips as I looked at him. "You do realize that I could easily have turned that into a silver blade and harm you."
Bentley narrowed his eyes as he looked at me. "You wouldn't dare," he said, warning lacing his tone.
I raised an eyebrow. "Is that a challenge?" I moved closer to him, watching his every movement. I stood a couple inches from him, and I knew that if I was a wolf, I could hear his heart beating faster. "What is your wolf telling you?" I asked. "I know that he knows who I am."
Bentley looked at me and sneered. "He's telling me that you are a stupid ass human and that I can take you down, easily."
My smirk deepened. "Oh my dear wolf," I said tsking slightly. "I am a Luna. If you don't believe me, then I am sorry."
