I woke up to a couple knocks on my door.

As I went to open the door I wondered how I had managed to sleep last night from all of my excitement.

When I opened the door Yeosang greeted me with a tired smile.

"Good morning sunshine. I just came by to tell you we leave in 15 minutes."

I chuckle at the nickname.

"Good morning. I'll get ready."

With that, he left and I got changed.

Yeosang wanted me to have peace and quiet away from the house full of people so I could relax, hence why he and I were the only ones going to see the "surprise".

I got into his black car and he set off driving.

I noticed we weren't going into the city, we were going towards the mountains.

We had small conversations as we went to our destination.

"Close your eyes."

"Why?"

"Come on just close them."

I did as he told me and the car soon came to a halt.

Yeosang helped me out of the car and he made me sit down on a blanket he had laid down on the ground.

I felt him sit next to me.

"Open them."

When I opened them I was at a loss for words.

We were on a cliff that was overlooking the city as the sun rose. The sky was mostly a dark blue but a light purple and streaks of orange and red were starting to appear. Soon enough we could see the sun rising.

"Wow."

I turned to Yeosang, who was surprisingly already looking at me.

"Thank you for bringing me here. I appreciate it."

He smiled wider.

"No problem. You deserve it. The next few days will be rough."

I sighed and nodded whilst maintaining a small smile on my face.

When Yeosang looked back at the sunset I looked at him.

I remember looking at him while he was training. I had thought he was really good looking and that I had questioned whether I had feelings for him. I also remember my small crush on him when we were little and how I always thought how cute he was.

But this was different.

Now as I observed his side profile with the orange glow of the sunset and the gleam in his eyes as he watched the city come to life once again, I felt something I had never felt before. It wasn't little goosebumps on my skin like when he looked at me, it wasn't just a shock of electricity that surged through me when we touched, and it wasn't like the small butterflies when he said my name. I felt a strong painful yet beautiful, light yet heavy feeling in my chest. And in that moment I knew.

I knew that I loved him.
